Several of the horses had legs broken…
Several of the horses had legs broken off. I think they are in the box, rattling around art the bottom but I haven't checked them all.
At least one other figure had a broken sword.
Many of the figures had holes in their cloaks or horse coverings which looks wrong and I'm sure are not deliberate.
How to fix?
Improve the quality control don't send out figures that are broken or have holes in.

I’m really sorry to read this — that’s certainly not how models should arrive.
On the rare occasion when items arrive broken, this is usually the result of heavy impact during transit, but regardless of the cause, I’ll absolutely make this right. I’ve contacted you directly to request photos so I can arrange replacements promptly.
