Update: After starting the cancellation period, they promised back my money, but I only got 1/3 back (They said to get my money back, I had to leave a review, it is a SCAM. )And somehow they still wanted to charge my card again after cancelling the subscription.

My account was canceled, I am yet to be refunded so my review is only based on the agent that helped me, she was attentive and explained things foe me and was patient. Even though I was second guess the company's intention.

I accidentally signed up for a subscription but a friendly service employee canceled it. Thank you very much for that.
