Excellent product, service, platform and support.
Founder Catalyst do a fantastic job of making things simple for the Founders they support. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also extremely cost effective and will not only save you lots of money but also time. I can't recommend highly enough.

We enlisted FounderCatalyst to help us with our SEIS assurance. It was straightforward, and we received a lot of support for a flat fee. We've since closed the funding round via the FC platform. The quality of the information to support us has been excellent from day one and continues to be for the steps following the closed round. Being able to speak with real people, within 24 hours of a ticket raised (often quicker) was very helpful and reassuring. I can't recommend them enough.

We've been using FC since we founded our company in January 2024. They secured our SEIS approval from HMRC and have helped us close two investment rounds; Pre-Seed and an agile investment round. We were new to this and we'd have been lost with FC. Not just the platform itself, but Sam, Max, Andy and the team who are always there for us, for our questions, and for our suggestions on improvements.

They're the absolute best and I recommend them to every new startup founder I meet; no referral commissions needed, they're just that good.

FounderCatalyst is truly a Founder friendly company, both when things go well and unexpectedly. I was dealing with quite an outlier situation with my company. Max, Sam and team did their absolute best to help resolve the situation. I was impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge.

There are alternative legal platforms out there, but none that truly holds founder friendliness as a core principle.
