Found Sound レビュー

Bought a new '64 Princeton Reverb on back order from Lewis at FoundSound recently.

Lewis was great to talk to and arrange it all and it came much earlier than expected in perfect condition.

Will be buying from FoundSound in the future.

Thanks again!

Sam

I recently bought a Fender Stratocaster form Found Sound and it was the best guitar buying experience I've had in over thirty years of playing. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering every question, even going to the trouble of removing the plastic film from the pickguard when I asked. The setup is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the guitar. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Found Sound are lovely to deal with. They respond quickly to questions, give straight and honest information, ship promptly, and are just awesome in general about getting amazing instruments to customers. I'll happily go back to Found Sound for synths and electronic instruments.

I have recently placed a few orders with Found Sound and every time the level of service and communication has been outstanding. Can't highly recommend Lewis and his team enough. If you require assistance with anything, they are more than willing to assist plus very responsive to messages. 5-star service and my new favorite music store. Keep up the amazing work.

These guys have some of the best gear (new and vintage) come through their shop. I just purchased a used limited edition Fender Princeton Reverb with a 12" speaker from these guys. The amp shipped quickly and safely. Their staff is also super helpful and accommodating. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Super helpful staff. The go out of there way to help with any issue. Great prices, too!

Ordered a Fender duo sonic, through the reverb platform. Found Sound, provided excellent communication and followed my delivery instructions perfectly. Well done.

Excellent advice and top notch service! The guys (and gals) at Found Sound are super attentive to their customers, friendly and delivery is snappy too. A real pleasure to deal with, plus their pricing is very competitive to boot.

Lewis & Louis provided 5* customer service for a purchaser 4,500km away from the shop. Well done guys. Highly recommended.

Very nice experience, I bought an old vintage Hagstrom bass guitar to me in Sweden, it was in a very nice condition, better than i thought and the shipping was smooth, I´m pleased. Buy here ! // Roger G

Found sound have the best stuff!

Brilliantly easy to deal with, would highly recommend

Super easy to deal with! My order was shipped quickly, and incredibly well packaged. I highly recommend Found Sound and will be dealing with them again!

I couldn't find any stock in Australia for my daughter's chosen colour of electric guitar for her Christmas present, even at the start of December. The pandemic has made Christmas shopping difficult. Despite the challenges, Found Sound managed to find an amazing alternative and ship out on the same day to Queensland. Sammy was super helpful and friendly. Found Sound have definitely helped one 13 year old to have an amazing Christmas in what was a very challenging year. If you want amazing and outstanding service, this is your store.

Can't speak more highly....especially the way things are at the moment - free delivery and it arrived the next day!!

Extremely good communicator.
When above and beyond to get it to me in difficult circumstances.
Cannot recommend highly enough

If you are looking for a trustful and caring music shop... THIS IS THE PERFECT ONE!
I mean... I just went to buy a guitar strings set.... I broke one string just in the same day by accidentally, never happened to me in the same day of buying and putting the new strings on...
Later I went to the shop and explained the guys my situation... and they just gave me a new single string for free!
Couple of days later... I broke another one but it was because of overplaying... so just went there to buy a single string... the guys gave it to me and said “you can pay other day”...
I’m mind blown about their attention and attitude towards the customer!
I’m definitely gonna buy all my guitar strings sets there with no doubt!
That proves they really care about their customers ... They truly UNDERSTAND the musicians. So that for me is super legit and respectful ✊🏽
I recommend them 100% and don’t hesitate to go there and ask them anything for your instruments. They’ll probably do all the efforts to make you a happy client ;)

One of the best customer experiences I’ve had purchasing online. The team were lovely when I called to get stock availability and the purchase online was seamless. Delivery was very fast with updates at each stage of the delivery process, reducing my anxiety as a first time customer.

Highly recommend

Saw some great value in Found Sound consignment sale of a Fender Vibro King. Safely packed for shipping had this amp at my doorstep in Sydney in under a week, from start to finish. All queries were accurately and truthfully answered. Thanks Tommy for your friendly service and this killer amp.
Les

I found out about these guys when trying to buy a used synth on Facebook Marketplace. I messaged the seller, and he told me it was on consignment here at Found Sound. At first I was a little bothered; why complicate buying and selling used goods by going through a third party?

After actually contacting the team at Found Sound, I was blown away by the service on offer. Lewis was very prompt to communicate with me through email and phone, even after hours.. does the man ever stop serving his customers?? Buying my 'new' synth was almost too easy with these guys, so I'm being extra cautious next time around.

This was probably the best service I've received from a shop in recent memory. I'll definitely be coming back soon to check out all the cool gear on display.

Thanks for the awesome experience, Lewis & co.!!
