Block Salt.
Reasonable price and delivery of the block salt. Only issue is a couple of blocks were broken but they will still be useable.

Extremely Disappointed With Customer Service Over Faulty Tap and
I have had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased the Palencia 30-way pull-out spray kitchen filter tap for £289 (Order #8291) in November 2025. It was installed by my builder and within just two months of use we discovered multiple faults: the pull-out hose no longer retracts and the hot/cold water control knob has started leaking.
I reported these issues to Mr. James Rolland, the Sales and Technical Director. We exchanged numerous emails and he suggested several fixes. Despite arranging a plumber at my own expense, the problems were not resolved. James repeatedly stated that the warranty only covers replacement of faulty parts and that was the only support he could offer.
However, if the hose—an integral component of the tap—is faulty, I believe a full tap replacement is a reasonable expectation. After raising this point, I received no further response from him.
I find it very unprofessional to ignore customer complaints in this way. I chose this company based on positive Trustpilot reviews, but my experience has been very disappointing and far from what I expected.
Response on Fountain Softnerer’s below clarification : Basically retracting hose and/or tap design is faulty. It is not getting retracted. I am not getting that plumber again to pay extra. Eventhough you send me the hose and new valve I have to arrange plumber again at my cost. Again there is no guarantee all will work out. So I am ready to loose my money with a bitter lesson . I am an engineer and have some knowledge about these things work and as they say “Where there’s no will, there’s no way”

We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not been positive. As you have been informed, the tap comes with a 3 year parts warranty which we are more than happy to honour. As discussed, if you can establish which part is faulty, we will replace that part for you. However, we can not send out a new tap because a part of it has failed. We are happy to speak to your plumber if that will help to move this matter forward. I don't think its your fault
I don't think its your fault, it maybe the couriers but even though boxed up with fragile written on the boxes the salt blocks look like they've been on a rugby field, every one of them is cracked / broken.. very disappointing.

Excellent water softeners
Product arrived within 48h, works perfectly. Came with all the parts needed to install from scratch although I only needed the filter as there was one installed previously in the kitchen.
Screwed it in and it started working immediately just as I'd hoped for (just make sure you run it for a few minutes first).
Awesome filters, cheers guys!

We are disappointed to receive your feedback. Following your original order, we messaged you and called you to confirm that the item you had ordered was the Harvey Block Salt (brick shape) and not the Harvey Curved Block Salt. You confirmed that you wanted to continue with the order, and have therefore supplied exactly what you ordered.
Good tap but delayed delivery
It took quite a while for the order to be fulfilled. The tap is as I was expecting and has been fitted on our sink.
