Parts not arrived
I ordered some parts almost 3 weeks ago now, after I ordered I asked for an ETA over the phone as I needed them ASAP - was told possibly at the end of the week or start of next. After that passed I was given another ETA by email which also passed. I asked what was going on and they said the items were physically in their warehouse but due to system "upgrades" they haven't been able to process orders properly. After a lot of back and forth I ended up cancelling the order. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. This being messed about has cost me hundreds in lost revenue. Had to order from abroad instead. Ridiculous. Not the first time fowlers have messed me about with an order either, I should have learnt the first time.

Absolutely useless this company i will never use them again for my bike business or recommend in my 10k member bikers group on social media infact i will posting there too about this... sick of ordering parts from there over priced getting mailed wrong parts inside bags with correct part numbers on never answer emails so im out of pocket yet again so this time i will complain its not on and sorry ive been busy bs stories wont wash this time waited nearly a week for wrong parts Absolute joke
Really bad customer service, delivery too long
Ordered parts for my tt500, the guy helping me was very helpful and got it all sorted, So I thought.passed due date, no mention of delays when ordering. Phoned and spoke to a young man, I was told it may have been overlooked as they were getting work done. No comment as to looking into it. I could have ordered from Netherlands and had it delivered already and been cheaper, bur I would rather give a British company money. Was recommended to use fowlers as I have just started my own workshop up . First order was amazing easy and the guy I ordered with needs a pay rise very helpful. Unfortunately I dint get his name. The 2nd time I ring I talked to somone els it was a difrent story short blunt and couldn't be bothered to help at all.

Experienced, knowledgeable, competent and helpful sales staff should be the norm for all businesses. Sadly in this day and age it isn't. For Fowlers it definitely is. Thank you.

Can't get it right with a chassis number
Ordered head bearings for a scooter using chassis number, sent 2 bottom bearings as their sales person said they are the same, after stripping down the Yamaha scooter found the bearings are different sizes so I now have a scooter stripped down and have had to order the correct one with another £8.95 +vat for delivery, that makes it over £20 just in postage, no offer of sending post free due to their mistake. THANKS!

I purchased some Kawasaki parts from Fowlers for my wifeâs motorcycle.I initially dealt with Nick in sales by email who was really helpful and answered my query promptly. It was Nick again who I ended up speaking with when I ordered the parts over the telephone.
I found Nick again to be helpful, patient and at no time rushed. There were plenty of email updates relation to progress of the parts.It was a good customer experience.
I did need to contact Fowlers returns department where I liaised with Alex by email. Again Alex was very helpful and professional providing me with a couple of options to proceed. It was nice there was no issues or any reluctance not to deal with the return which is nice from a customers point which impressed me a lot.
I would recommend Fowlers parts to anybody who is needing replacements parts for their motorcycle.

Made mistake ordering from this company again
What they do is they take your order and then only send what they have and cancel the rest. They won't contact you about it and offer to wait or cancel the whole order, no. So you could be short one tiny part that costs less than shipping and then you have to overpay to get it from elsewhere. They did this to me twice so this is not an accident.
