Recently used Foxes to purchase a flat in Cordoba in Spain. Their service and support was great. Their involvement enable me to sort the mortgage and the legals on the purchase swiftly and with very little hassle.

Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to purchase in Spain.

The guys were very helpful and very quick to respond to everything. When we had to attend the bank they even came along with us to ensure everything went smooth. Cristian and Gareth looked after us fantastically, we were extremely happy with the service.

We are absolutely delighted with the extremely professional and thorough service that we received. The process was long and complicated but the way the case was handled led to a very satisfactory outcome. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish (and beyond!).
Kept us totally informed all the way through, not once did we have the need to chase anything or follow things up, even though we gave Foxes an almost unachievable completion target having been messed about beyond belief directly by a Spanish Bank (nothing whatsoever to do with Foxes). We absolutely cannot recommend the team at Foxes highly enough, the service was superb. Thanks in particular to Cristian, Mat & Gareth - without you guys we'd not have made the completion date! Thanks again, will NEVER use anyone else. Unfortunately Trustpilot only allows 5 stars as a maximum, but would like to give more!

My wife Nicola and I bought our property in Lanzarote in December. Throughout the whole process Gareth and the team at Foxes we’re absolutely fantastic!
I couldn’t recommend them enough. They guided us through every step and a lot of bumps along the way. Nothing too much trouble and every issue dealt with and solved. The biggest thing is we trusted them and that was justified!!

Used Rapido (now fox.es?) For a purchase and loan arrangement. They were very helpful and efficient. Slight issue on the day of signing (my mistake) but Gareth really helped. From viewing the property to having the keys 6 weeks. Can't fault that.

It was a drawn out process due to the bank but Rapido kept me updated all the way and responded to to everything I asked.

Great Service

Although I was dubious about using Rapido as I had money taken and no work done by another company who were supposed to be dealing with our Floor Clause claim I can honestly say that Rapido were/are fantastic. Efficient, honest and laid my concerns to rest. You will not be sorry if you use them. Mat dealt with me and he was great. Many thanks for everything and getting us the money we were owed.

A huge thank you to the team at Rapido. I initially approached the Floor Clause claim as nothing more than a "long shot" and expected to be part of a very time consuming and frustrating process. To my absolute shock and within the three month timescale indicated, I received a settlement.

In particular I would like to thank Gareth Bushell for his professionalism and expertise. He really is as good as the reviews say.

Did everything they said they would in a professional, helpful manner . I have a long standing relationship with my bank and the people who work there. It was important Rapido did nothing to damage that relationship and true to their word they were courteous yet thorough when defending my claim, so much so that the staff at my bank commented on the professionalism of the Rapido staff. I will use their services again and have already recommended them to my friends and family.
