Gareth guides you through the process and keeps you updated on your claim he his happy to answer any questions you have, we were worried about sending through sensitive documentation to a company we had only had contact with by phone and online, but they sent through any information we asked for to curb our reservations without a problem and the results speak for themselves.

No claim for me unfortunately but Gareth at rapido claims explained everything really well and after i sent him the requested information got back to me really quick with the answer,

The floor clause claim has now been finalised with Banca March and signed by Rapido using the Power of Attorney I granted. The process has been smooth and with regular updates from the team; Rocio and Gareth. I am very happy to recommend.

Before going with Rapdio Claims, I had a quick look at the other online sites for companies offering the same services, I was aware that there were many out there and I was actually also approached by a 'friend of a friend' here in the UK who has been dealing with the Spanish mortgage claims, he strongly advised against using a company based in Spain.
However, after some careful research I decided to go with Gareth at Rapido Claims as he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and to be honest, the fact that they were English speaking but based in Spain seemed to make perfect sense.
I paid a small upfront fee for them to start the claim, which I thought was fair enough and it was small enough for me to be satisfied that they weren't just trying to rip people off for an upfront fee.
They immediately sprung into action as soon as I paid my fee and they kept me updated at all times.
Within no time I actually received an email from my bank with attachments which were all in Spanish, so Gareth asked me to email everything to him and they would translate it all for me. They kept me advised re not signing anything that the bank sent to me directly until they had thoroughly checked it out.
The final package offered to me by the bank was worth around 30,000+ euros so I was delighted and had no hesitation in sending Rapido Claims their final fee when I received the money from the bank.
If I had tried to handle this myself it would have taken years, I don't speak Spanish, I am based in the UK and as a business owner, I wouldn't have had the time. If I had used the UK contact 'friend of a friend' I think it would have been a disaster too and a lengthy process.
The guys at Rapido know how the Spanish legal, bank and mortgage system works, this is what they do - day in, day out, they will hold your hand throughout the full process and I cant recommend them enough.
Thanks to Gareth, Rocio and the full team at Rapido for your professional service from start to finish you made what I thought would be a difficult process extremely effortless on my part.

In the matter of my "Floor Clause" claim Rapido Claims, S.L. managed the complete process with expediency and efficiency. From start to finish the matter took a little over three months without any "hands on" involvement from me.

I wasn't very sure about pursuing my claim but having spoken to the rep Mat who explained the procedure, cost and how I would settle upon successful completion of the claim, I can honestly say it was worth seeking advice. Very recommendable.
