For 3 years from signed the contract with them, couldn't receive the policy. Contacting the policy holder only to get paid for the next term, providing partial in text written amount for the new term without company percent added to the policy price. This April 2026 person from the company didn't provide not the contact info, not the full name, no company position she holds, no logo. Again, no policy for the last year, no details on updates. Through 2 agents back who was previously emailed me, was able to resieve the working document, "Policy Renewal-Notice to the Broker". It contained crutial mistakes, starting from my DOB, which off by 15 and half years, then with the type of the house, as 1 and half storeys instead of 2 storeys, then the size of the propety as 1702 sqft intead of 2,162 sqft main external with 985 sqft second floor!! The no-last name person so -called agent, was surpirsed no one caught those mistakes for so long time. Of course, I still didn't receive my policy. Maybe it even doesn't exist as nobody sent it to me. I'm curious, did my policy payments were officially recorded as paid for the insurance or my payments also weren't registered and went somewhere? What would happen if suddenly I required to rebuild my house? Including the income loss, which is covered in the policy I never seen? How would you rate the company who had 5 stars for the very negative review here, just one before mine? How it was done, that negative review didn't affect the visual by stars, review of this company?

Don't deal with Fox quilt they deliberately low quote the initial quote, because the representatives want to make a front end commission and then when renewal comes the underwriters disagree upon renawal and at that time the representatives make the commission and run off to another company just like happened to me no joke be careful you're dealing with self-serving and uncaring individuals.

When nobody else could find coverage along came Kassa! THANK YOU. If you are in need of insurance of any type, Kassa is your guy. Very quick, professional, and attentive.
