I really appreciate support from FPRO to support us on subscription concerns.
Now my son is very happy to train and improve his football skills.

Ordered in time for Christmas delivery. Gave me a shipping label and tracking number, that is as far as we got to receiving our purchase.
Pretty disappointing, emailed and they suggested it was the delivery company not them, which I doubt as I had other deliveries from that company which were placed after this order was made that arrived for Christmas.

Still awaiting my product over2 weeks after I ordered it .I was given a tracking no for item but unable to track and when I contacted them after 14 days was told that was because it is still not in UK.
TERRIBLE company. Don’t waste your money . Buy from another website

My child get it for christmas...
He can't play it because the App is loading every time...
I will contact the company to get money back!!!

I have not been able to get it working on and customer service at first told me to try again, that it should be working. It wasn’t. I let them know and they said again to try that it should be working. I actually bought it again accidentally when trying to get it on my daughter’s phone but it still didn’t work. I emailed customer service again because you can’t call them and they have been ghosting me, but of course still taking my money every month.

My son enjoys the mat, as a way to train while at home. Thank you for creating this, what a great idea.

Ich habe die Matte zeitnah erhalten, aber keinerlei Logins zur Nutzung der mitbestellten App.
Trotz diverser Kontaktwege über Mail, Facebook und WhatsApp keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten.
So ist die Matte nur intrinsisch nutzbar.

Very happy with the quality of the mat, ball and socks!
Training programs are very nice and helpful for my little fubalista.
We had a small issue with the software and the support team replied and helped us the same day.

The support is excellent! I asked for a feature upgrade on their mobile app and it was delivered pretty fast.

Picked this up for both of my boys. They are different ages and at different skill levels. The app customizes the training based on their comfort level on the ball. This could easily be a 5-star review without some glitches. After some drills, the app freezes and doesn’t give the credit for completion. Getting both registered on the app was a bit of a nightmare, but the staff got it squared away.

My kid loves it, he starts the daily trainings with big enthusiasm. After 1 week of using it, seems to be a good purchase.
The app is easy to use and the video tutorials are good

My son loves it and uses it multiple times per day. Very fast and responsive customer service. It's a great product!

1) our mat does not look like the one in the ads. It only has diagonal lines corners 5-1 and 3-1, not the two X. Are they cleaning out old inventory?
2) we did not get the freebie (socks) as promised (correction & apology: I did get the socks, found them stuck in the box!)
3) the whole thing IS NOT INTERACTIVE!!! This app is just a collection of videos. XPs are rewarded for playing the video, it makes no difference whether you move the ball or not. It’s not using the camera, it’s not monitoring your execution!!!

One of those things where +80% of the budget goes into marketing. I fell for it.

Reached out to customer service with a question regarding timing of when subscription starts with the Essential Bundle and got an answer very quickly, with a suggestion as to how to mitigate my issue.

The app is great and has helped my kids develop their skills. I had a few hiccups with the app but the devs were quick to respond and resolve the issues.
