It takes a bit for the kid to get used to it, but in the end it becomes a fun activity

I had a few hiccups at the start but the support team worked diligently to help answer my questions and walk me through my problems. The app itself is also enjoyable for my kid by gamifying the training experience. Really thrilled with the purchase.

Very good item for keeping our son away from the internet and on-line games.
He has been doing it, almost every day. We noticed the improvement of his football skils, specially the footwork is more precise and fast.
The support is outstandind, very fast to respond and resolve the issues.

I have subscribed for two months and have had nothing but issues. The verification code will not work for my sons account, I have emailed, whatsapped and tried to have the problem resolved, however it is still unresolved and customer service is painfully slow.

I had an issue with my account. I wrote them during a weekend and they solved it in just a few hours. My kid is a super fan of the app!

Die Idee ist gut aber mit der Matte nicht vorteilhaft umgesetzt. Die Matte wandert in der ganzen Wohnung herum und hat einfach keinen Halt. Man ist mehr beschäftigt mit dem korrigieren der Matte wie mit der Übung. Die App mit den Übungen ist gut umgesetzt, aber die Pausen sollten einfach etwas länger sein. Dann hat man natürlich nur eine Basis an Übungen. Will man mehr, so muss man ein ABO abschließen. Find ich nicht gut.

I was receiving an error when trying to upgrade to Premium on the app. The support team was very helpful and kind. They helped me troubleshoot and eventually directed me to the website where things worked much better. Now my son is back to training which is difficult during the winter in Canada and we are all delighted with his development. Thank you FPRO team!

The customer service department was very helpful. I had purchased a yearly membership for my son, but he was not able to access the drills beyond the ones associated with the first warmup. The app kept prompting us to purchase a monthly membership. After a few emails, they were able to identify the issue. An update of the app resolved the problem. My son has been enjoying full access to the drills since then.

So far the app has been great and training has helped my son tremendously! I did have one issue that arose with my account subscription but customer service was quick to get the issue resolved. Now my son is back to training his heart out every morning before school.

I emalied them for some help on getting my subscription verified on the app, and they replied within a few hours with helpful info and I got the problem solved.

The app is awesome, good price, easy to use and
understand and is great for my training.

I bought the training master ball and mat, and the products have a very good quality and the delivery was also excellent. My son loves his Mat and trains everyday very hard because he wants to become a football master! Thank you FPRO! For the great product you’ve created!

Absolutely horrible takes away your membership after a few days.

FPRO offers a way for players to train ball control skills in a small indoor space. Since the latest app updates, the trainings are more engaging and organized in a way that allows a lot of work in a short amount of time (20-30 mins.) To get the most out of it, players do need to hold themselves accountable to learning and doing the movements happening on screen. For my 11 yr old, it is more effective if he has an adult there participating/watching to help him understand the nuances and push through challenges. Of course, all kids are different so for those that are self-motivated aenough, they may be able to handle it on their own.

Originally I gave this 1 star. While their site/app still seems to really struggle with the idea of having two kids they did reach out and make the experience better and refund the extra charged amount. Until they fix the billing experience for multiple kids I cannot recommend at 5 stars. While they claim to have family accounts, it is still not listed anywhere on their website. Nor does their FAQ give any help on how to do so.

If you have one kid this is a 5-star review. Simple to subscribe. Easy to setup. It’s a great tool and keeps the kids going with gamification. The app works well on an iPad and the kids more or less enjoy it. Though they would prefer to skip the warmups most days as they are already warm from running around.

If you have more than one kid then I’m sticking with 1-2 stars (avg 3 for the review). I’m honestly still not sure how to recommend you go about getting setup. It was such a challenge for me, I’m still frustrated thinking about it four months later. They did reach out to me after I posted this, though their support before I posted here was not very helpful. It does appear that they have competent support people you just have to work hard to find them. Without the person’s help I don’t think I’d have it working still. Nor could I figure it out today if I had to. Hence the lower rating for more than one kid.

I’ll leave my original review but know that it is better and working now.

What a terrible experience. I have two kids. Many people have two kids. Apparently, this app will only ever allow one kid to have an account or a membership or a profile (they have so many names for things I'm not really sure what is what). I am willing to pay - I am trying to pay. Their tech stack is a complete mess. I've been emailing back and forth multiple times per day for over a week. I'm now at a point worse than when I started. They have yet to refund me for the app (or membership or account?) that they suggested I should cancel because once you create an account (or membership?) for one child then you can't create a "family plan". They want me to cancel then resubscribe as a family. Nowhere in their app or website will you see a family plan. I have a feeling it's made up. I'm now trying desperately to follow their instructions to create a family plan but it DOES NOT EXIST! A week of lost training as the season drags on. Also, for some reason, you cannot order their mat to the US so I had to get one somewhere else. This place has a lot of promise but terrible implementation. Here's the crazy thing. The account you create on their website will not work in their app. The web account is something wholly unrelated to the app. Also, I am able to log into my account on my phone in a browser. When I go through the app and it takes me to their website in the app my login doesn't work. Not found. WTF???!!! It's the same page, same device. Why can't I login? I am so frustrated with this company and likely out $90 because they are so incompetent in managing accounts/memberships/profiles.
