Extremely friendly and polite service from start to finish. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and everything was handled efficiently. Overall, a very good service and a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Service

Very easy to order. Lauren was extremely helpful. Needed items at site the next day and was delivered the next morning, when promised.
We will definitely use this company again.

We had ordered the wrong size straps


We had ordered the wrong size straps and had to place a last minute order for longer ones. Lauren was incredibly helpful and our longer straps arrived first thing the next morning.
Very quick responses and very helpful.

Helpful from the start

Helpful from the start. My bespoke brackets were high quality and were manufactured and delivered within a week from first contact. Add to this the clear and frequent communication, and the friendly and courteous interaction throughout. I couldn’t ask more. Thanks guys I’ll be back for more. I’d certainly recommend.

Went above and beyond

Responsive team that went that bit further to accommodate the clients needs - in this case a longer window fixture to be made and shipped in time for installers.. they delivered on time and product as promised.
