I placed an order 10 days ago and it is still showing as “in preparation.” I have not received any tracking information, and my emails have gone unanswered.
The lack of communication is very disappointing. As a customer, I expect at least a response or an update on my order.
At this point, I feel completely ignored. I hope the company improves its customer service and communication, as this experience has not met expectations.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service from France Aesthetic. This is my 4th order, and once again the delivery was quick and safe. I also used the Women’s Day promotion for this order, which allowed me to get the products at a discounted price and this was a great bonus. I love this store and will definitely continue ordering from them.

After reading some negative comments, I was hesitant to order from France Aesthetic but I’m happy that i did. My order arrived with safe packaging and i got free delivery. The conversion i had with Salma Chmili was helpful. I will definitely continue shipping with this company

I purchased a peeling product but never received a confirmation email. Although the payment was processed, the status of my order shows as "cancelled." and I have not received my product. I have contacted them several times by email and phone, but I have not received any response. This is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from this website.

Two separate orders were created on our website. The first order, created on February 3, did not proceed to checkout and was not completed. As there was no further activity, the system automatically canceled this incomplete order, and a cancellation notification email was sent accordingly.
The second order, created on February 7, was successfully completed and confirmed.
Therefore, the cancellation email you received refers only to the first, incomplete order.
We kindly ask you to check your email inbox (including your spam folder), where you will find the confirmation email for your completed order.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused and remain at your disposal should you need any further assistance.

Unfortunately, I have not received my order for over a month. I have also not received any response to my emails. The customer service is very disappointing, and I feel completely ignored as a customer. This is not the level of service I expected.

I bought 2 box of Sculptra of 2 vials each one. They send me the boxes opened with one vial and dont answer the email.
Do not buy on this website. It's a scam.
