Cake Was Amazing.
Delicious and Soft Sponge.
Arrived on time.
100 Percent Recommended.

If there was a ZERO I would have selected it. DO NOT PURCHASE online from this unreliable retailer. Phone calls, emails, texts will be answered, goods will not be delivered on time. If you don’t want your special occasions to be ruined, stay away from them.

Very very bad, I ordered the cake for my mother in laws birthday. The cake expected delivery time was 1-5pm. Arrived at 6:45 pm, broken and smashed up . I payed extra to have the cake custom made (writing) it did not have this. Really really disappointed. But also not suprised best to just stick to the best cake shops eg: Lola’s/ patisserie Valerie. Do not recommend at all really really bad customer service , no updates . And the live chat does not respond. Do not order from here unless you are want your cake to come the year after your birthday !!!!

Brilliant service - I ordered a cake on Thursday evening. It was delivered as promised on Friday with the personalised message as requested. Beautiful cake and tasted great. Highly recommended.

Most delicious cake we've ever tasted! Ordered from this store again and again for special occasions.

Terrible service. Firstly these cakes are not worth the price, they are overloaded with icing and cream, hardly any sponge cake inside. Secondly the delivery was late, the only reason I even ordered from this rubbish place was because of the same day delivery between 3-7pm, It arrived much much later. I emailed them to ask why charge for a service if you cannot provide it, I have had no response not even an apology for the late delivery. Will never order from this rubbish place again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered a cake for a 4 year old's birthday and paid extra for morning delivery on Saturday. The cake was 2 hours late and it had also collapsed and smashed into the box. The cake did not look like the pictures of the cake on the website. Awful experience which ruined our day. Will NEVER being using this company again. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Ordered a custom cake at about 10 in the morning and the cake was delivered in the afternoon at 4:36pm. Just amazed how fast it came and the cke tasted fab too. I will be a customer for life ❤️

Firstly the cake was first class. Beautiful cake, beautifully decorated. Excellent value for money.

Sadly the logistics/delivery don’t quite work as expected. Don’t avoid this company because of bad reviews. Just don’t rely on timings and build extra time in

Awful experience with this company. We ordered a cake for our mums birthday. We ordered it on the 7th of Feb to be delivered the next day. We received confirmation that our order had been accepted and that our delivery slot was 1-5pm the following day.

I contacted them at 5pm as we had not received the cake at that point and there were no updates, no one had contacted us and there was no tracking. I was told the driver had had a 2 hour delay but was on his way. We were already annoyed no one had reached out to tell us that, but we accepted that the driver was on his way to us and so we waited.

I messaged again at around half 7pm and this time no one bothered to reply. After about half an hour, tracking popped up showing the driver was on his way and would be with us within half an hour.

The updates showed the cake had only been 'started' at 5.30pm and then picked up at half 7. The cake was not delivered until half 9 and when we spoke to the driver and mentioned it was meant to be delivered between 1 and 5, his response was it was his last day anyway.

After all of that, they delivered the wrong cake! We ordered banana bread caramel cake, we received vanilla sponge with vanilla cream and some caramel on top. Even the macrons were wrong. The only thing that was right about this experience were the candles we asked for.

This really put a downer on the entire evening and by the time the cake arrived some people had already had to leave. I absolutely will not be using this service again, and absolutely would not recommend.

We ordered a cake for a birthday celebration, but the original delivery time was too late for our event. When we reached out, the shop went above and beyond—they quickly adjusted the driver’s route to ensure the cake arrived early, allowing us to celebrate on time!

Not only was the service outstanding, but the cake itself was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it!

Huge thanks to the team for their kindness, flexibility, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this shop! 🎂✨

Never arrived.
Contacted customer services. Abysmal.
Never order from here again.

Apparently delivery left NW10 with 9 deliveries en route and couldn't get to harrow by 8.25pm

Awful awful awful. Wrong cake delivered. ZERO customer service response. Have messaged on various social media platforms, emailed multiple times, even used contact messaging via the shop app and heard nothing back. Have since disputed the amount with my bank so hoping for a refund that way. But I was literally sent the wrong cake for a friends birthday. Such a shame and super overpriced. SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very poor service and unprofessional. Cake was delivered over 2.5hrs later than the promised slot of 11-3. No updates provided and had to keep calling to check on status. Missed most of the event due to late delivery.
Cake tasted nice but I will not be ordering again.

I’ve used Freddie’s for my partners bday for the last 2 years and it’s been great both times. Everyone who tried the cake said it was the best they have ever had and it is incredible how quickly they can deliver it to you!

Wow the taste was amazing and design was unique and to perfection. Delivery was on time and to top it up complimentary chocolates were super delicious.

Cakes ordered were delivered to the wrong place - more care needs to be taken to ensure right postcode and address delivered to - disappointing as a birthday present which had to be cancelled and a refund requested

SCAM! Avoid. Took my money. And no cake arrived. No way to get hold of them.
