Speedy repairs
Prompt communications via email and our Humax Freesat box was repaired and returned very speedily. We don’t know what was the issue with our box and it would’ve been interesting to know - but it’s working again now, so that’s the main thing!

Ordered repair from France
Ordered repair from France. The website was reluctant to accept French address, but customer services contacted me to process the order manually. Then the service was prompt and faultless, including postage to the EU. STB returned in full working order and has since been working fine.

I needed a Freesat box for France
I needed a Freesat box for France. Kieren advised me, gave really fast delivery to a friend in UK and even threw in an EU lead. Very happy with our purchase.

Not a great business model
No explanation of what was wrong. Box was not returned so for all I know could have been repaired and sold to someone else.

I'm sorry we didn't get it right on this occasion. We did reply to your questions about a replacement on the 9th and 10th Sep with a discount offered on a replacement device as yours could not be economically repaired. Please email our customer services if you need further help

Lists items with photographs that are not of the actual item. Photos have been taken from other online sellers.
Items sold as "new" or "good condition" clearly used with bodged repairs.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company. Clear website, decent description for the parts, detailed guides and even videos on YouTube. Great communication via email following the order I placed. The package very quickly dispatched, was double packed in 2 jiffy bags and the upgrade SSD was fitted in under 10 minutes. If your Freesat Box died - fix it - don't bin it!
