freesky eurostar pro
I bought the freesky eurostar pro and to be honest I couldn't have chosen better, it's a well thought out bike with lots of torque stated as 130nm and will go almost anywhere. I do around 20 miles a day to work and back and it very rarely uses 1 level on the battery and that's with a good few Hill on the way, all I have done is put really big chunky tyres on and different handlebars that's it. I can't recommend it more to anyone than I already do, don't forget the price it's so good for what you get so go buy one you won't be disappointed.

Quality of the bike's are brilliant.
My Freesky Ranger Air takes me to places where I wouldn't normally go because the so easy to ride.

I have the warrior pro
I have the warrior pro, what a bike, I can not fault it in any way, it is smooth and stable on the road , safe and trustworthy along the canal toe paths, and a bit of a beast on trails !. I have been a cyclist for 70 odd years , most types of cycling, but never have I enjoyed cycling like I do on my warrior pro, truly amazing experience , and what you get for your money is streets ahead of the competition ,at a fraction of the cost, go get one , you will see ! kind regards Dennis.

Research works
I spent too long researching a new e-bike, I used all the reviews to make my decision and FREESKY gave me the best results. On receipt I had to unpack and assemble on my own, it is heavy so best maybe have a friend to help. But on my first ride I was impressed at the ease of going up hills. Kept it within the speed limits, although I can see it has more power if needed. I look forward to each day to see if I can go out, being a fair weather cyclist and living in the UK it is sometimes limited. Love my bike!!

Freesky Ranger Air… Wow
I recently bought a Freesky Ranger Air M540 and I'm thrilled with it. The website was helpful, the videos and pictures of the bike were informative in helping me choose which one I prefer and the specifications indicated that it would be good for a larger gent like myself.
Shipping and delivery were a breeze, though the box is VERY heavy, but still manageable with two people and assembly was easier than expected, though an option to put the thumb throttle on the right hand would have been great.
So far I'm 150 miles into my ongoing cycling journey and I'm loving it. There are a few maintenance challenges, like a squeak I cannot find, and the display instructions are fine for basic use, but I would like to know how to change the units and the pin code. I'm told customer service is great from Freesky and I'll update once I contact them to get those details.
In summary, a great bike and an easy purchase, delivery and assembly experience.

Notwithstanding the fact I purchased my Freesky Warrior ebike on ebay (this was purely due to an overwhelming popularity for thr bike and Freesky were urgently restocking) Freesky UK could not be more helpful. A minor issue has been resolved via their customer service team. Exemplary service standard and I have therefore ordered an additional battery. Do place your order with Freesky UK. Bonjour grâce à ce vélo j’ai retrouvé une liberté perdue suite à des soucis de santé. Ce vélo est incroyable et ouvre tous les possibilités de revenir dans des lieux devenus compliqué d’accès. J’ai retrouvé le punch.Un service support qui répond vite même le week end et jour férié ( impossible en France) avec des réponses adaptées ( merci beaucoup à Mona d’ailleurs)et même traduites en français. I purchased FREESKY Warrior Pro E-Bike through Amazon , it got delivered 10 days early which was amazing. Unpacked and built my beautiful new bike , couldn’t wait to get out on it. Charged battery overnight . Wow next day I’m 64 I feel like 20 again cycling with ease through trees up steep hills . Awesome 😁. Great fuel saver, I use not to go further away shops with ease. And leave car behind.

Very pleased with product and experience
Very speedy delivery ordered Sunday received it Wednesday. I was able to follow the instructions and had it assembled for first test run by Saturday. Have put over 200km on it so far a few tweaks but all seems fine now I do have experience with bikes but all the necessary tools were provided. It flies up hills I have 450m elevation too and from the office and it eats it.

Great service fast delivery love my metallic Green ranger m-540 been out a few times great battery range ,very comfortable to ride ,great screen features easy to use,even though this is a fantastic bike ,wish I’d waited a month as FREESKY have brought out the ranger air 540 which would be perfect with the rear suspension..

Beast of a bike
Great bike for the price and very powerful. Quick and easy to to go into "off road" mode should you choose to. I went for the Alaska for the range, dual battery does make it a very heavy bike but you can't have one without the other.
