Mise en vente de notre bien débutée avril 2024 en exclusivité dans le Finistère sud,notre commerciale à surestimer notre maison de plus de cent mille euros s appuyant sur des ventes à proximité,de maisons neuves,nous avons une neobretonne,la saison s'est passée avec 1 visite, non préparée, et ne connaissait rien des recherches du client.resultat perte de temps et mandat confié à autre mandataire,

Merci mille fois à leggett immobilier et particulièrement à Sophie GREEN de l'agence de CHALUS très professionnelle qui a estimé correctement notre bien et qui nous a permis de vendre très rapidement et nous a évité plein de paperasse .Cette personne est en plus très abordable et nous donne des explications claires. Je recommande cette agence et faites comme moi donner lui l'exclusivité.

Vahe Pekmez is an outstanding agent who helped us tremendously when purchasing an apartment in Nice.
