Took way too long to get my product. 9 days is too long!! I’m returning the items due to them not fitting!

I did the measurements to ensure correct fit. When I received it, his head wouldn't fit the hole. I had even measured one that I currently had from same store to ensure same fit. Return took too long. When they didn't have the one I asked for as a replacement, I told them which I would take in its place. They answered back A WEEK later with ok, we'll ship it out. Really? A week to answer an email. I had told them my urgency in getting this harness, for a trip coming up. That didn't matter. It arrived too late. And once the head hole fit, now the waiste band was too big. Very dissapointing. And I have a small Frenchie compared to my other. The extra large now fit his head but my tiny 19 pound dog, his waiste band was too big

It is such a quality product, I recommend it

I was really looking for the harness that doesn’t have the other hardware. Makes it heavy for my dog. A bit bulky.

This company understands the French bulldog needs. I have been lookin for a simple harness for my Gus and I finally found what I was lookin for at Frenchiestore. the harness arrived quickly and is excellent quality.

Super high quality on both items!! Also loved the design! The only thing that you could might improve is the difference in the sizing between the designs (I know theres a note explaining it but the standardization would be helpful)

Collar too small and they are asking for pictures of the dog with the collar. What??

This company makes great products for Frenchies. High quality, soft and colourful fabrics. Really great designs. My frenchie girl loves her coral coloured head warmer with its cute little ears. It fits her perfectly and protects her head and ears from the cool winds of winter. The fit is perfect, and the design makes it very easy to slip on and off her head. The fabric washes well and dries good as new. The way it was packaged for postage was also good so it arrived in perfect shape and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company as the one that is safe to use and you actually receive the product you saw online and paid for
as opposed to another company I used with a similar frenchies name that did not deliver anything. I will certainly be purchasing products from the Frenchiestore in the future. Thank you Frenchiestore.

The products are very well made but a bit pricey..though worth the investment. I purchased a harness that was too small for my healthy frenchie. It was easily exchanged for a larger size. Thank you so much.

Cooling scarf was great for our frenchie on vacation.

I bought dog pajamas and they were too small. You did not send a shipping label so I had to pay to return it. Your sizing was inaccurate. I will never buy from the store again.

Love the color and the harness fits Taz perfectly. Had to buy the matching double leash to control him better when we are shopping downtown.

The harness is so cute, and fits my boy perfectly. The website was easy to use. My only complaint is the delivery time is longer than other retailers, but that’s kind of to be expected since the product ships from California to Florida. I will most likely be ordering from you in the future.

The blanket is absolutely adorable! My puppy loved it!! Really good quality!
