great dog puzzle bowls. Sturdy and good looking

Received the order quickly. Base easy to put together. Footprint is small so it doesn't take up a lot of space in the kitchen where the magnetic owl and stand are.

Absolutely horrible customer service and company policy around exchanges/returns. Find a cheaper option, it's not worth the money or headache to deal with this company. Our first order got lost by UPS, and Trot claimed it was not their fault and it should be "handled by UPS, a $91 billion market cap company". After a few more emails, they finally sent out a new set of bowls to replace the lost set. We realized the bowls were too small but if you open the packaging, you are unable to exchange them. Not to mention, if you even try to exchange and they don't pass the "company inspection" they keep the bowls! What a joke of a company.

Product itself seems to be decent quality. I've sent 3 e-mails in the last 3 days to the address shows on their website about exchanging part of my order but have received no response.

I really like the concept of these bowls and stand. I don’t feel like it’s very stable nor does the liner that attaches to the bowls stay attached to the base. It seems to move around and almost like it’s warped.

I thought your customer service was hard to reach email only and we’re not very helpful and understanding. I found your website confusing and whoever replied to the email not very customer service oriented.

I love the bowl we bought for our fast food inhaling dog Blitz. The inside of the bowl has held up beautifully but the outside not so much. I bought a red bowl and most of the red is gone. It’s scaling off like a fish. I do not like that part but overall, it’s a great product

I really liked the tall stand and the fitted mat, and the fact that the water bowls would stay in place well due to the fitting in the mat and bowls. I purchased everything in a size Large.
Unfortunately the water bowls, are not enough to get our two malamutes through our 8-hour workday. I was actually refilling them every 4-5 hours over the weekend.
We went back to our larger metal bowls, but of course they sit a bit precariously now on top of a mat that has two lumps to fit the Trot bowls.
So, I love the wooden stand, I love the fitted mat, love the concept, but large dogs need large bowls and these are not large enough for a water bowl or a supper dish, unfortunately.

The Trot Pets yellow medium bowls with the matching 6" stand were an instant win in our house. The size is spot‑on, the stand is sturdy, and the bright yellow looks fantastic in the kitchen. Most importantly, our dog Gracie Ray adapted immediately — no hesitation, no sniff‑and‑retreat, just walked up and used it like it had always been hers. Great design, great usability, and genuinely dog‑approved.

I have purchased water bowls from other providers that are made from stainless steel 304 and it states that on the bottom of their bowls, plus that they are made in the USA.
Your slow feeder I purchased does not state it's made from stainless steel 304 but it does state it's made in China! I was under the impression that if it was made of stainless steel 304 it would state that on the product. But being it's made in China makes me feel I do not think my pet is safe. Why is this fact NOT stated on your website that you say it's 304 but it is not on the product and you should mention that it's made in China. If that would have been posted on your site to tell you the truth I would not have purchased the bowl. What proof can a customer get from you regarding the above?
I do not recommend their products not only for what I mentioned above but more importantly because I ahve addressed this concern with them 3 times and no response from them.
DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT PRODUCTS MADE IN CHINA and stainless steel 304 is NOT stamped on the product.

Customer service was fantastic.

In fast shipping but when it arrived the table board was a little broken and they put me two different screws to put it on for the price it's not worth it Because over time it will be broken by the weight and movement.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery, but my lab is aggressive eater and still manages to knock bowl off magnet while eating.

I tried the Trot Snack Trays tonight with my two Dobermans. I was unsure if the trays would be strong enough to stand up to them. I’m glad to report they are still intact and my girls loved them with peanut butter and yogurt. Everything Trot makes has been perfect.

I have not received it yet.

A great upgrade from our previous food/water stand. Made with great quality and so much prettier!

The feeding bowl did not work as a magnet. The company sent another one and that also did not work as a magnet. I have not gone back for a second time, but will request a full refund at this point.

The bowls magnets came off right away and customer service doesn’t respond-
