Spent over $30 to find out the purchase was not refundable nor could I get an even exchange. Very disappointed and won’t ever shop again with your company! I just purchased a Frenchie and was willing to spend money on a new wardrobe, but not anymore.

I ordered these adorable bear hoodies for my dog. Despite measuring her and using the size chart provided on the Frenchiestire website, they refused to make an exchange for a different size. I understand that the items I purchased were “last sale items” however their measurement chart was deceptive.
I think it’s not good customer service practices that they cannot offer an exchange.

Quick shipping and good quality products

Fits him perfectly. The clothes from this store are more geared to the French bulldog. I have ordered things from other places, and the fit isn’t quite right. His hoodie is very nice material, and it is well made.

Fast and easy delivery experience
The quality of the hoodie is perfect. Fits my girl like a glove, she weights 20lbs, I got a size medium. Would highly recommend.

Don’t put your return information on your website if you’re not going to honor it, and then finally change it to accommodate your needs.

Normally I would have given 5 stars. This company makes excellent products for which they charge premium prices and while what happened with the mail was Not their fault the responses via email didn’t sit well with me for some reason. Turns out the mail carrier delivered/placed the package in the wrong mail box (I live in a huge condo complex) and having had this experience a couple times in the past I maybe should have waited a day or two before saying something but because their follow up email states -if you did not receive your package please let us know!- I let them know…it was the tone of the response that sort of rubbed me wrong, like they can help but don’t want to do to the work it takes so please wait a few days to see if it shows up. With all the mail theft we had been having and that has been happening all over that set me on edge especially when the carrier says it was delivered. I did wait a few days and luckily it did get sent to the wrong person who instead of returning to me personally (we normally do this here) turned it to the main office and they then called and let me know. So fine that worked out thankfully -again not the frenchie store’s fault.
The harness is great though a little big still despite the measurements, which is fine as she is still growing. What does concern me a bit it the snap buckles. They are a bit lose and jiggle. Maybe because they are metal I am not sure? I have had them a couple times be cock eyes upon returning from a walk as well so I am hoping this is not defective but they have not come lose. Because the harness is a bit lose on my dog I can’t give a good or bad as to the pulling aspect for thsi but have had other harness in the past with front d rings and they do work to stop pullers so I can’t wait for her to grow a bit more for this to be more effective.
Overall however great product…

I love the quality of the harnesses and their buckles. I wish the shipping cost wasn't so high so I could buy more often, but in general the service is very good. I will continue buying.

Amazing product

The return policy is horrendous, and the customer service was not super responsive or friendly.

Sizing is off and quality of fabric, low - especially considering price and this is a Frenchie store.

I love about anything Frenchie! I love the hat that I got for my dog, but one thing I noticed, the holes for the ears need to be a little longer. Have you seen a Frenchie's ears? Another inch on the ear holes please and thank you! LOL Thank you for being so attentive too!

The smell of the fabric is terrible and after 3 washes it still smells so bad that I can’t keep it in the house. I’ve tried adding a little bleach and borax and it still has a bad smell.
