Support maybe use translate and understand everything wrong or possible they are just rude. After bad behaviour they offer ridiculous 5€ free bonus after i lost many hundreds euros.
They dont wanna close my account even i ask many times so i add 1€/ month deposit limit.

I deposited 5000 rupees, but after 10 days of struggling, they still haven't deposited it into my account. They claim they haven't received the amount, but it was deducted from my bank account. I provided all the necessary proofs, yet they persist in their scam. This casino is the worst I've encountered in my 5 years of playing. I'm thankful I didn't deposit a larger sum.
Do not, under any circumstances, play at this fraudulent casino. It has been a disaster dealing with them. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, they have not refunded my deposit, despite all the evidence I've provided.

On 10th of July I have deposited there some money and after bet one match (top teams football) my account get limited. So I verified my account (verification is really annoying because they would not tell you what U need to send them but every time when try to withdraw is rejected and you have to ask on their live chat what else they want) and finally request for a withdrawal. Then I become informed that my account is under investigation which will takes up to 30 days! Radicolous, this casino looks like a typical SCAM. Strongly not recommend you to register there!

This website looks full of scam because after been verified and complete all wagering requirements they suddenly stop my withdrawals saying that they need additional checks. I totally understand that sometimes betting websites need additional reviews however the timeframe they are saying is 31 days. Very weird experience. Eth deposits normally take 20m to show. I deposit today and nothing for 4 hours... customer service said its some issue and instead of crediting it to my account I now am apparently getting a refund. You'd think they would just credit it,
