I want to share my personal experience with SOL Casino and Fresh Casino so that other players can be more cautious.

I registered and deposited money because both websites stated that they operate under a Curaçao license. For me, this meant regulation and oversight. Based on this trust, over several months I deposited large amounts of money, totaling tens of thousands of euros.

During gameplay, I constantly experienced technical issues, including frequent slot reloads and interrupted sessions. These reloads happened systematically, not occasionally. After them, the behavior of the games changed and the expected returns effectively disappeared.

Another concerning pattern was that when I did receive some returns, it was often around twice the deposit amount. However, under the casino rules and wagering conditions, this frequently did not allow me to withdraw my deposit and forced me to continue playing, leading to further losses.

I also noticed that Fresh Casino and SOL Casino appear to operate as the same system: same providers, very similar interfaces, similar rules and support. It also appears that player data and gameplay behavior may be shared across these brands, as the gaming experience remains identical regardless of which casino is used.

Later, I learned that there is confusion around Curaçao licensing, as the former regulator Gaming Curaçao ceased operations, and players are not always clearly informed who is currently responsible for oversight.

I have submitted an official complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, because I believe that when casinos rely on a license to gain player trust, there must be transparency, technical integrity, and accountability.

This is not an accusation. This is my personal experience. I strongly advise players to document all technical issues, verify licensing information, and be extremely cautious with large deposits.

Дополнительно вызывает серьёзные вопросы то, что Fresh Casino и SOL Casino, по моим наблюдениям, работают как одна и та же система: одинаковые провайдеры, очень похожие интерфейсы, схожие правила и поддержка. Кроме того, создаётся впечатление, что данные об аккаунтах и игровой активности могут использоваться между этими брендами, так как игровой процесс и условия выглядят одинаково независимо от того, в каком из казино происходит игра.

Позже я узнала, что вокруг лицензирования в Кюрасао существует путаница, так как прежний регулятор Gaming Curaçao прекратил деятельность, и игрокам не всегда ясно, какой именно орган сейчас осуществляет надзор и несёт ответственность за такие казино.

На данный момент я направила официальное обращение в Curaçao Gaming Authority, так как считаю, что когда казино ссылается на лицензию, игроки имеют право на прозрачность, техническую корректность игр и понятную ответственность оператора.

Это не обвинение, а описание моего личного опыта. Я настоятельно советую другим игрокам сохранять доказательства технических сбоев, проверять лицензии и быть крайне осторожными с крупными депозитами.
