Good food but macros are not correct. Serious gym users need to stay away
I really like Fff. I had some initial delivery trouble but they dealt with this reasonably well. I train regularly and based on my usual macros I gain muscle well but slowly once I started using FFf I noticed my progress slow and reverse. The protein content on the macro list does not add up. I then weighed the meals and ingredients and compared them to the claimed macros and they are wrong and false. Serious gym users trying to get their protein need to stay away until they are honestly providing the macros they claim. This will stop you achieving your goals rather than helping you. The reason I gave it two stars was the food quality which is good.

It's worth noting that the protein content in meals does not solely come from the protein component - the other components in the meals will contribute in part, particularly with larger meal portions, but I will ensure this is also looked at, and if this is not the case, we will ensure the calculations are rerun and updated imminently.

If there were 10 stars I would give 10. Absolutely brilliant, I lost 9kg so far (combined with my new gym routine). I am on low carb, lunch and dinner option with total calories based on a target weight. The food is so much better than what I can cook, I never have to go shopping and I my kitchen is a wasted space now. I cant imagine ever not having this service.
It took me a short while to figure out what I like and don't like, excluded those I didn't want which was very easy. Customer service is brilliant. Thank you!!!

Great work, well done team. A couple of improvement points: please add nutrition value info and macros and ingredients for each dish on meal packaging. Also please add protein shakes to the menu (incl. vegan ones).

Left my delivery OUTSIDE the apartment building right on the street!!! Courier never tried to call. No trust at all.
PS Update, they lost one of the bags of my order today. Unbelievable. Absolutely unprofessional company.

Great. But need more veggies.
I think the service is fantastic and very convenient. Only feedback is that I’d love to see more vegetables. Today I got one thin slice of a red pepper in my meal 🙄. Instead of getting lots of rice I could get veggies that contribute to the carbs etc. and it would make the meals so much more nutritious. As well perhaps as seeds and nuts for healthy fats

Meals taste great - Initial service challenging to set up but came back with lots of help
Original review was negative re. the customer service and delivery but appears this due to the back end, company followed up after my review to help to correct - I will be giving these another go!

"I really liked the taste of the meals, I have tried 4 other meal prep companies and the meals were by far the best! So I was really disappointed when I had ordered 10 meals to be delivered throughout the week and I only received 4. When I messaged customer service they were really unhelpful and didn't really give a reason for why this was the case. They also charged me a fee on my refund for the meals I did not receive which I think is pretty cheeky! If they sorted the delivery out then I would definitely have subscribed but I had to pick food up every day when they just didn't deliver with no explanation."

Very happy with the current products and service
Outside of a handful of delivery teething issues at the start with regards leaving items in safe spots, the service has been excellent overall. Customer service has also been very helpful on the one time I needed to speak with them. Would definitely recommend this service, especially as it doesn't actually work out as much more expensive than many of the other pre-prepped mealboxes available out there.

Food poisoning after 4 days of meals!
Have been on the meals for the past four days and have been mostly enjoying them (though have had to add soy sauce/oil/salt as they have all been quite DRY!)
However, since last night have come down with the worst food poisoning!! I’m so angry as I am vegetarian so it’s extremely rare for me to get food poisoning unless the food has been contaminated in a kitchen by somebody else.
Am requesting to stop all deliveries and for a full refund - terrible.
