Fresh Fitness Foods have truly nailed it with their 'Select' offering! Previously, I found the meal options a bit limited, but now, I can practically choose exactly what I want, which is a lifesaver for someone as particular as me when it comes to food.

The flavours are consistently spot on, and I genuinely enjoy every meal.

FFF have always been good, but new SELECT service is even better! The flexibility to choose the number of deliveries each week and being able to choose specific meals (with detailed breakdowns of their macros/ingredients to hand) works really well for me, plus there are always lots of gluten free veggie options on the list.

Great food on the select line. Has really helped me out! The select range has really improved this service. Meals when I want them and the size/ extra protein I wanted too. Quick and easy, would recommend!

I really enjoy FFF! I started with the Goal setting product a few months ago. The food quality and size are great. It helped me to define how much food I needed to eat to reduce my weigh, but after some time the weekly commitment wasn’t working for my anymore. That’s why I was very happy with the launch of Select. I have started it this week and the food quality and size are still great! And the extra flexibility with this new product is perfect :)

Really enjoying Fresh Fitness Food. It is very convenient and the meals are delicious and a good size. I love the added extras like the juices and shots. I had an issue with delivery (as I live in a complicated flat block) and the team were available via WhatsApp and rectified the issue straight away - I haven't had any issues since. Really enjoying it and would definitely recommend.

As a fussy eater i love the new SELECTS option - I can not only choose the meal I want but also the size for each of my meals. I can tailor it to my nutritional needs-as well as being able to give them all a protein boost!

I have been using Fresh Fitness Food for the past month and am absolutely loving it! The meals always use fresh ingredients and are delivered to my door on the days that suit my schedule for the week. The team are available on Whatsapp for any queries and respond super quick. The 'Select' range allows me to choose my own meals and customize if I want less carbs or more protein which makes it ideal to track macros and calories.

I am using FFF for 2 years and just switched to their new Select option. Food it good as always, but now I can select the meals which works better for me.

Tasty, quick, convenient, healthy. Macros given. The app syncs with your fitness watch and compares calories burnt to calories consumed. Easy to record food. Has the macros for food in supermarkets and also restaurants. Quick and efficient customer service. All packaging recyclable or decomposable. Delivered in a bag that gets taken back by the deliverer every night along with the ice bag.

Food was delivered when it said it was going to be delivered. Also the meals are all 10/10, didn't have one bad meal! Saved me a lot of time - will definitely be using again

These guys are AMAZING - I honestly can’t praise them enough!!!
I just delivered my child, and my husband and I needed a meal plan post-delivery. I’m very strict with my macros and exercise, and need clean healthy food. Fresh Fitness’ food isn’t just clean and healthy - it’s EXTREMELY tasty!!! They have a massive, diverse menu, AND they allow you to set your macros, which no meal plan in London (or anywhere else I’ve tried) allows you to do. Game changer!
Another thing that makes them stand out is their customer service. Not only are they friendly and extremely responsive, they really take the time to explain things to you. Other meal plans in London copy and paste the answers off their website, and end up sounding like chat bots. You can reach them via email AND what’s app, and I honestly can’t thank them enough for putting up with my million questions.
And last, but definitely not least, is value-for-money: they have amazing offers when you sign up, and they’ll actually guide you and tell you which plan is best for you. Meghan, one of their senior nutritionists, ended up saving me money - they really care about building a long-term relationship with their clients.
Hands down the best meal plan in London - don’t think twice! My husband and I will be using them indefinitely!
