Absolutely horrific customer service! Only chatbot. I was messaged I had 12 hours to make adjustment to my order, so I reached out and asked for advice. By the time the chatbot replied, it was too late and I could not make any changes. I was told the order was being created and I couldn’t cancel or refund. Then I asked for tracking on my order, which I was told was then canceled and I was refunded only 50%! Now I’m out a $600 curtain and only give $250 store credit to purchase another. Complete rip off and terrible experience- what is going on?!!!!!! HELP

Absolutely love our new customized curtains! They make our bedroom feel like a hotel room. We chose to do a headboard of curtains & went with 100% blackout! We sleep so well now!

Absolutely love Homerilla! We have their curtains throughout our whole house and they’re my absolute favorite. Also have their wool rug and the quality is amazing! Great customer service and quick turn around time! Would definitely recommend.

Ordered my curtains March 11. Wanted to get my curtains up before Easter, but that won’t happen. If you order expect delays and to wait about a month. Won’t recommend.

This was my second time ordering curtains-drapes from Homerilla. The drapes are so well made from high quality material. The fabric color matched the book swatch perfectly. The packaging is done so you have no wrinkles. They are ready to hang up upon arrival. Shipping was a few weeks which I expected and was not a problem since they are made to order. The drapes from this company are worth the wait. You get exactly what you ordered. Will be purchasing from Homerilla again.

Absolutely love these Windsor Jacquard Hunter Green Floral Blackout Curtains 🤍 The quality is exceptional — the fabric feels thick, heavyweight, and very high-end.

The Hunter Green color is rich and beautiful in person, and the subtle floral jacquard pattern adds the perfect amount of texture without overwhelming the space. They hang so nicely and instantly made the room feel more polished and complete.

You can really tell these are well-made custom drapes, and they elevated the entire look of the room. So happy with this choice — highly recommend!

These drapes are gorgeous! A bit of a pain getting them to clear through customs, but after waiting they arrived and are perfect.

One star. This custom curtain was a huge disappointment. The craftsmanship is poor, the measurements are inaccurate, and the final look hanging up is nothing like the product images. The fabric feels cheap, the stitching is sloppy, and there are obvious flaws in the details. I expected higher quality from a custom product, but what I received was just terrible—utterly not worth the price. Not recommended.

The curtains I ordered were cut too narrow and my windows are not fully covered as a result. I used the website's online tool to discern the correct width for each panel (then proceeded to add about 6 inches to each on my own accord), yet every single panel came too narrow. I reached out to the company for assistance and it's been weeks of "send us videos" "send us pictures" "talk to this other team member" etc. At the end of the day they are offering to replace the curtains at 75% cost, which is ridiculous as I paid a lot of money for them. Additionally, there's no reason to assume they will arrive correctly this time and I could be out another several thousand dollars. If I could go back in time, I would work with a local, custom curtain designer. This experience has been both disappointing and a massive waste of time.

I ordered custom curtains from Homerilla because of the good reviews I read. They did not disappoint. It took 2 weeks even though it said it could take up to 20 weeks. They were packaged well, they unfolded well. They were few of defects, hung easily, and look beautiful. They were exactly what I asked for. I would highly recommend based off of my experience.

I recently got the Homerilla Lille Linen curtains in Sand Beige (50x100), and I’m honestly impressed! They arrived quickly and well-packaged, and the fabric feels soft, high-quality, and lightweight, giving my room such a cozy, airy vibe.

This experience was great because I was able to first see the color swatches to decide which fabric color would look the best in our space. I love that we were able to customize the size of the curtains to fit our larger window. Curtains were delivered on time and so easy to hang up!! They are beautiful and elevate our space but still make it feel cozy.

It took a little while to get them but they were perfect and beautiful well made and good quality. Totally worth the money I spent. AND THEY LOOK AMAZING IN MY HOME!!!!!

Absolutely beautiful curtains - they feel and look designer. I appreciate the ability to fully customize them as well. Very solid investment.

Good product but took forever to come. Almost a month.

I purchased 13 fabric roman shades from this company. Every last shade has snapped/broken (the clips and/or the suspension system). Their customer service is the worst. They are no help. I spent a ton of money on these and they have all broken within a single year. Unbelievable. Do not waste your money.
