Confused as to how anyone rated this system five stars. It is awful
Freshworks is with us for the long haul
After trying multiple CRMs over the last 4 years, it looks like Freshworks has settled in for the long haul.
Our team has grown from 5 to 18 in the last 2 years and will double again this year, and Freshworks has kept pace easily. It is a CRM that works well for micro businesses but can grow with you.
We use the ticketing system in FreshDesk for potential customers and it is running well. This provides good visibility for Sales but tasks go straight to our Design/Support team.
Meanwhile, FreshSales has been adaptable to our processes and very useful to Sales. This is critical for any CRM. Sales keep details up to date because it helps them. There just happens to be useful customer information all there for the rest of the team and for management. No double keying or extra work for the sake of some report.
For the Sales team, their Dashboard with activites and tasks, the filters, custom fields and saved views are almost all they need. It is working very well.
The only weakness is Reporting Dashboards and how it handles and tracks some Sales metrics. However, we found an easy and inexpensive reporting tool recommended by Fresh so we think that will be enough. I would rather a useful tool for sales and management reporting suffer a bit than the reverse. Pretty CRMs without much practical use for Sales people are my pet hate.
We have only just begun to utilise all the options and automations available. I am confident as soon as we think of a process we want, Fresh has a good chance of handling it.

Freshsales tech support is first-class. They go above and beyond to answer questions from customers and users. They take their time to problem solve and do not cut any corners.

Freshsales CRM has provided great…
Freshsales CRM has provided great clarity into our sales process since it allows us to follow up very close each step in our commercial funnel, have great communication with customers since we have all organizations, contacts and deals information in one place. Really recommended if you want to have full control into your funnel!
Great Support
The FreshSales team are always on hand to provide amazing customer service and support in all areas. The CRM as a whole is a great system with much adaptivity to it, I'm so grateful for all the support the whole team provide on a daily basis - everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this CRM due to its personalisation, user-friendly view and amazing employees who are always on hand.

It's amazing Lead management system where I can update my contacts with all the given activity, I can store the leads and change it to different deal stage. Great job to the person who created it.

FreshSales Workflows and Automation
FreshSales has provided the ability to automate our communication with our prospects and current customers. We set up a workflow that sends emails based on specific interactions with our company to help move them along our sales funnel. Saves us a lot of manual work.

One of the best CRM systems that I have used. Simple, easy configure, and to the point. The support structure from freshsales is also noteworthy.
Great product but the Hebrew version…
Great product but the Hebrew version need a lot of fix and have a lot of bugs (for example when i create new custom field in the lead module and do mapping to contact i need first to create the files name (in the mapping for contact) in English or number and only then i need to go to the contact module and edit the name to Hebrew
Great for Bulk Emailing
My experience with Freshworks has been great for what I need. We have email campaigns set up to reach back to clients who are interested in working with us at a later date and Freshsales allows us to easily set up a monthly campaign and send it out to 100+ people within a day. Definitely a great service for what I need.
Level Up your Experience in Sales
Its been a great experience using Freshsales. I work in a segment where both B2C and B2B are handled by me. This has been one of the best and easy to use. I especially love the kind of Automation this provides.

Platform works great for our companies…
Platform works great for our companies needs. We have had a couple users get locked out of their accounts for no apparent reason and had to do some workarounds with the Support team to get them back in.

We discussed how to make changes to auto emails and I was shown how to create a new lead – without sending the auto email :)

Good CRM option - frustrating limitations and support
Good CRM option. Not as customizable as I would hope. Too many gate keeper account levels to access certain features such as requiring a field to be filled out when creating an account or contact. Frustrating to users to not have access to simple things like this hidden behind barriers associated with account tier level. I am not asking for advanced reporting.. just a mandatory field.
Support is nice and seemingly helpful, but they drop the ball when it comes to bigger issues that need to be escalated to engineering, and they tend to ask questions when assisting you that are irrelevant and will not help them to fix your problem. It also seems that they lack basic understanding of the internal interface of the admin panel. It is a bit of a time waster to have to explain the product options and features to someone who works for Freshsales.
Easy to use and quick responses when needed
When looking for a CRM Freshworks was so easy to use, they offered many great demos, and made is very accessible to ask questions to help with set up. Their prices are very fair and even gave us a non-profit discount. The platform is very intuitive, easy to move items around but also delete items if there are any errors. As a small non-profit it has been a great tool to transition documents of names into one place where we track users, notes, updates, and reminders. The customer service is truly a huge component of how happy I have been in transitioning to this platform.

powerful CRM with a lot of features
My experience with freshsales was great. The software allowed my company to keep track of our agents and after our software department built an application that integrated with the freshsales API, our custom company CRM and freshsales CRM were able to communicate seamlessly.
