Great customer service
Great customer service! I had an item missing and reached out to them. They acknowledged it was on their end and was not missing during shipping. I was able to get my refund to use on another future order. I would definitely order from them again!

So far this has been the only storefront I’ve been able to order anything TCG wise on. Best experience I’ve had.

Packaged very well!
I’ve ordered a few items here and the experience has been great! The items are delivered pretty quickly and they are packaged very well. They’ve also added a few bonus items in each package, which is super nice. Can’t wait for my future orders to arrive.

Fridam's Customer Service is Top Notch!!!
I placed an order that will be coming by the end of the year. Checked my invoice and there was a discrepancy with the item purchased. I sent an email and within 1hr I had a reply from Fridam staff. I was shocked, normally it'll take a day or 2 but the staff at Fridam did not disappoint at all. They we're able to resolve my issue and gave me confidence with my purchase. That's why I love doing business with them, thank you Fridam Staff. You guys are awesome.

The one and only place for TCG.
🔥🔥 This buying experience is absolutely one of the best, if not the best experiences I've had. Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and most of all, trustworthy. Shipping, was super easy, fast, and on time. My packages all came secure, and well packed. I've been back for more. A++++. Thank you.
