Still waiting for my order!! Customer support sent a generic email in response to query. I think trading standards will be my next port of call. A full refund will suffice given the reviews!!

I placed an order on the 1st of may and…

I placed an order on the 1st of may and was given 48hr shipping with royal mail. We are now on the 10th of may and my order still hasn’t been shipped. I tried to email the support email for help but the email just go bounced back. I am now worried that my order will not be coming and i have wasted almost £50.

I ordered the chocolates

I ordered the chocolates, back in April, with 48Hr delivery, and they have not been despatched according to the tracking. It is becoming growingly apparent this is a scam site. Their emails and contact information do not work either so I can't get in contact to rectify the issue.

Lack of responses

SCAM – Took £50, No Order, No Support

I paid £50 for chocolates with Melt Protection and it’s been OVER A MONTH and they still haven’t even shipped my order. Their site claims “3–4 day delivery,” which is a complete lie.

I tried to email them and their email literally bounced back. The provider rejected it. What kind of “company” can’t even be contacted? No customer service, no updates, NOTHING. Just silence after they took my money.

This feels like fraud. I’ve been robbed of £50 and left completely in the dark. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a so-called business. DO NOT ORDER FROM FRISKCHOCOLATES. They take your money and disappear. If this isn’t a scam, it’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Not happy. Ordered with 24hour delivery begining of march. Emailed them, they replied they wernt in stock until the first week of april so gave them the benefit of the doubt, refunded my 24hour delivery, which is fair enough, Its now the 9th april and still had no update and everytime i try to email them, it gets rejected! Absolute SCAM company. No phone number to contact them, FRISK CHOCOLATES PLEASE EMAIL ME AN UPDATE!

DONT BUY

DONT BUY. SCAMMMMM
If I could give a 0 I would. I made a purchase a month ago and haven’t received anything. If you email them your email gets rejected, and are impossible to contact.
I want a refund now! My order number is 13221.

Instead of telling people to contact you with an email that doesn’t work. I’m looking forward to see you can include an email that people can contact you with in your response!

Order13459 extremely dissappointed

I placed an order on the 1st of april for my wifes birthday (11th of april) and payed extra for RM48HR tracked delivery plus the melt protection and insurance, my order hasnt even been dispatched yet and when i tried to email the support email address my email was rejected (hotmail postmaster) its impossible to find another way to contact this company theres no phone number or customer chat service which has made me lose all confindence in this company. After reading all the negative reviews on trust pilot im heavily considering cancelling the order for a refund if no contact is made by the company.

Update: 26/05/2025 order still not received

Emails still do not get delivered to the support email address, i have been contacted but am unable to reply due to this issue.

I would like a full refund please.

Im still experiencing issues responding to your emails via the support email, my response remains the same id like a refund in full please.

I dont mean to be rude but no matter how many offers i am made for discounts my response will remain the same please process my refund in full i dont want 40% off i just want my money back youve had 2 months to send my order ive been more than patient and im starting to get rather annoyed with the customer retention tactics you are employing.

i bought these for me and my partner to have a fun night

i bought these for me and my partner, we took half each waited the 30 minutes,but nothing happened,so we tryed the next night,we got nothing,again the 3rd night, still nothing, this was the 14,15 16 of feb, the choc was nice but none of it did any thing for us,you offered a refund,if i sent them back, but all i have is the box they came in, i dont think ill be ordering them again...R.Lucas

Waste of £40

Both me and my partner felt no difference and the response from the company has been below satisfactory. Very disappointing when the chocolates are that expensive.

Doesn’t work

Unfortunately, the Frisk Sex Chocolate didn’t work for us. My partner and I were really excited to try it, but after having half a piece each and waiting 30 minutes, then an hour, we didn’t notice any difference in our mood or experience. We even tried taking two pieces to see if it would make a difference, but still nothing. Disappointing and not something we’d recommend.
Ps: I contacted them however I stopped getting replies after the first message.

In my opinion..:Absolute waste of money. Nearly £30 literally for 3 chocolates in a box that do absolutely nothing! I Can’t believe I wasted my money and time! Also postage was a joke, had to keep chasing delivery. In my opinion get some minstrels or chocolate buttons
