Very helpful and keeps me informed about prices.

Great company to deal with, very professional

Emmett was knowledgeable and helpful in my issue today. He explained to me clearly the new process and how to use it effectively for my reports and back this up with clear emails.

Constantly being over charged compared to the price provided each week. Then it takes weeks to get refunded for what was over charged. They say they will call you back and never do. This has happened countless times.

A shame that I have to give a one star to be honest. 75% of our fuel cards expired at the end of August 2025. We had not received new ones, so called Fuelwise. They told us that our replacement cards had been sent out in July. We explained that we had not received them so they agreed to send new ones out but told us they would take 10 days. Still they did not arrive so I called again explaining that it was becoming a nightmare having to follow engineers to the pumps to pay with my credit card. They said they would send them out again. Still we are waiting and it is now the end of September and we are heading into our busiest trading time. Cannot help thinking that we are being fobbed off so do I actively look for a new fuel card provider or Fuelwise, are you going to sort out my new cards? Disgusted with level of service over this situation.

Constantly priced at below pump prices once you have added the VAT and the hidden charges it’s actually more expensive than the pump price,
Trust me if you keep a check on the prices you will save nothing and actually pay more ,, ps this is my opinion based on actual experience

Fuelwise is an excellent company. Fantastic prices and a fantastic network, wouldnt use any other fuelcard. My account manager is Hannah, who is always helpful and friendly and only a phone call away.

Been using FuelWise for 2-3 years now. Prices dont jump after a month or two like most fuel card providers, no hassle or ten thousand sales calls, left alone to do the job it does. Bit of friendly banter on the phone on a Monday morning, highly recommended

Super easy to deal with, Hannah has always been my contact. We have fuel cards and trackers. Highly recommended.

So far this company has been great does exactly what it says on the tin. I’ve fuel cards with reasonable rates and vehicle tracking cameras and telemetry has been a great addition to my fleet. I’ve been dealing with Hannah and she’s superb really helpful with any questions I may have. They’re only a call away and quick to respond.It’s been a pleasure working with them.

Prices are more expensive with Fuelwise than any other fuel-card supplier we have used; maybe 11 or 12p per litre more. When we asked for this to be addressed, we were ignored. As a result we cancelled most of our cards. I also have worries about cartel like activity where certain fuel card providers are sharing markets in Northern Ireland.

Prices constantly creep up and at the moment I can get diesel 6 cent per litre cheaper down here at the pumps.
I refuse to use the fuelwise card when I'm being overcharged!
To make things worse I'm being billed €2.44 when i don't use the card.
I will not be using the card until it's worthwhile doing so.
I think fuelwise won't be used again by my business if it stays like this.

Great company to deal with, Emmett who works there keeps in weekly contact with us and is consistantly competive against every other fuel company, Emmett will also review our companys usage and will follow up if he feels there are any concerns, Fuelwise are now our prefered fuel supplier.

Abi was very helpful and efficient. Explained everything and set up an account for us in minutes. She checked in the following day to explain how the cards would be dispatched.
