Dealt with Hannah who keeps me updated every week easy to deal with and willing to work along side you great service !!

I opened an account with Fuelwise and I have been dealing with Robert Cecil who has consistently kept me informed of fuel price increases and other products they have on offer I’m giving them a 5 star review primarily for consistency in communication with myself as I’m a startup company I need all the backup from such a great company and excellent employees and the experience in dealing with them.
Thank you guys for such a great service looking forward to adding more cars to my Fleet in the future.

This fuel card is a rip off. So much cheaper at the pumps.
When I complained they offered me a price 23% over the opposition pump price. Just cancelled all cards.
no confirmation received of the cancellation as yet.

Nothing an issue... anything I needed was sorted in a few hours

Fuel consistently more expensive on the card than at the pumps! I have requested my account to be closed but have been ignored!

I dealt with Abi on this matter about receiving a fuel card, the experience was exceptional and made easy, everything was explained before and after receiving the card, which leads me to say that the after sales service was also excellent.

Such a pleasure to deal with Karen in fuelwise. Everything is very smooth and having a direct line to deal with any query that may arise, makes life very easy for us. Having someone that actually wants to help and accommodate really takes the pressure off. Out of the blue now and then asking “are you happy with everything” goes to show that Fuelwise are committed more to customer service and not totally sales driven.
