so far , so good, just joined, easy to do

Had a query about the prices but Clive was very helpful in resolving any issues

It’s very good for me to keep an eye on the fuel that the drivers use during the week many thanks James Guing

Paid all my diesel on what I owed then they wanted 500 pounds upfront saying i would get it back never heard of anything like that before got quotes for other ones that seem better

Great company and very reliable and super helpful had a driver I'd and tracker fitted and set up no hassle

They couldn't do enough to help

Maybe im the only one but i have had a terrible service and today still cant use my card

Started with a phone call and i answered all the questions and told the lady DO NOT send this card to my accountants address 48 miles away send the card to my home address and after waiting over 2 weeks for my card yes you guessed it the card went to my accountants address

I then sent an email to them complaining
I then waited a further 2 weeks for a second card to come to my home address why there postal service takes literally weeks to come from NI to Scotland i don't know ?????

I then went to use my 2nd card and queued up at the petrol station only to be told the 2nd card had been declined and was not working not even got to using my pin number,

I then emailed fuelwise to vent my frustration and i got a phone call saying they were looking into this and a full week later nobody has got back to me so i have cut up both cards and put them along with all there paperwork in the bin where they belong,

totally fed up with my bad experience and i certainly would not recommend Fuelwise which has been a bad experience from the start

this is an open and honest feedback reply from myself

At the start Fuelwise was cheaper but now it’s more expensive
Good billing system and on time but need to look at your prices again
Can you send quotes with vat included so I don’t have to work out the vat every time

Abi made this happen. Was so helpful and explained everything. The company them selves seem very professional. Invoices are very clear and accurate and always on time. So far so good

Excellent customer service from Abi from account opening to follow up calls, very easy to deal with and cards were very quick to arrive, the fact they do tracking and cameras is also excellent to get everything in the one place, very happy with the service

Karen is an absolute star, she responds to queries so quickly and is there to help all the time.
