Fuelwise have been the best that we have encountered. They check if there's any anomaly usage and Robert is great to interact with. There's regular check ins and the help has been fabulous.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Recently signed up with Fuelwise very helpful communication when starting to use the Fuelwise system. Able to purchase fuel in Northern Ireland/UK and Republic of Ireland. Phone app very good for identifying participating Fuelwise outlets

I am happy with their service
Fuelwise are great to work with, they have contacted me on a regular basis to see if all is going well. They are quick to tell you the fuel prices. I have used their app regularly because I am in different location so it good to know where I can fuel up.

Price notification
Would be great if the price notification for the coming days included both non vat and vat amounts so that you can easily compare prices at the pumps of service stations, without getting a calculator out. Only fractions of a cent difference in price at the moment.

I see today the 7th of January 2024, I can buy diesel cheaper at local filling station cheaper than the card, fuelwise sign you up at a good rate then they gradually increase it and you pay more than at a filling station 🙉

Great company with really good prices…
Great company with really good prices at the beginning but like all the others before them soon slipped back into an ordinary price range despite the promise of “we won’t do that as we are a small company”

Karen is a great asset to fuel wise. Always on the pipe with fuel prices and everything else!! Great chat and has a genuine interest in saving us money!! Always chasing to get us a better deal which is always appreciated.
