Very professional and kind service

Full Circle provided a modern funeral just as Vicky would have wished.
Jez and the team were always available, supportive and professional.
The office is like being in “a yoga studio”, light and modern, perfect for the 21st century.

Full Circle were amazing from start to finish. David, from the Bramley Funeral Directors was in contact daily and nothing was too much trouble. We have never used them before but when you unexpectedly have to choose a place we couldn't have asked for more support.

After using Full Circle for my husband’s funeral 5 years ago I hade no hesitation in calling them when I sadly needed a funeral director again this year.
Everyone I and my family came into contact with were kind, helpful and professional throughout. They supported and guided us through a difficult and challenging time whilst ensuring that choices and decisions made were ours alone. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt confident that we were in the best possible hands and that the care my loved one received was caring and compassionate.
What was a very distressing time was eased by the care and understanding shown by all at Full Circle. I can’t thank them enough, particularly Anne Jackson.

Losing a parent is never easy, but the whole process of planning and organising a funeral for my mum was made so much easier by Martin and Ruth at Full Circle. Martin was there from the earliest stages and provided some very reassuring guidance on the processes that were needed. This enabled me and immediate family members time to deal with the coroner and the registration of the death. They liaised with the doctors to get the necessary paperwork expedited.
On days when Martin was attending to other funeral matters there was a backup in the form of Ruth. Emails were answered promptly, questions dealt with in a caring and professional matter; in fact, there was no detail too small to ask them that they didn’t respond to very promptly. Martin found a wonderful celebrant (Kate Barker) and we were able to put together a service that my mum would have been proud of.
All family members were encouraged to participate, but just in case things became too much Kate was there with support. The electric hearse, floral tributes and beautiful coffin were amazing, and all of the support staff were thoughtful and respectful of our wishes and treated mum with utmost respect.
Martin took all of the stress away on the day and choreographed everything with true professionalism. The final after funeral gathering and catering was taken care of by the team at Full Circle and was outstanding (thank you White Cross, Guiseley), with all of the guests remarking on how fitting it was and gave us all an opportunity to share moments of mum’s life.
I could not have asked for more help and support – it made the whole process of dealing with mum’s passing easier to bear (and information about other help and organisations was provided – but not needed). The service and care provided by Full Circle gave us closure.

Good attentive service and everything went smoothly up to and on the day of the funeral.

Ruth and her team were exemplary. She took the time to listen, understand our preferences and do whatever was needed to help make a potentially anxiety-ridden process stress-free and simple.
We were able to tailor the arrangements exactly as we liked, with no pressure whatsoever: sound advice and guidance at every point, whenever asked for, and genuine support and kindness. Knowing everything was being looked after perfectly was invaluable.
I know Mum was in the best hands (she would have loved the eco-hearse) and we would have no hesitation at all in recommending Full Circle.

Ruth at Full Circle made our experience, after contacting them after my husbands death, very comfortable and uncomplicated and a smooth running progress.
The family felt in goods hands and we had specific help thro out the process of dealing with cremation , funeral organisation, liaising with the Church. Now all we are left with is organising the grave and head stone and laying to rest his ashes. She is at the ready to help us when we feel the time is right.

This was our experience.
During our first meeting, Jez listened to us talk about our dad, great empathy and kindness at a very emotional time, he had some great suggestions that were perfect for our dad, from the amazing electric hearse, an eco coffin made of reclaimed wood. Nothing was an effort and every suggestion was followed up and considered.
The web form tribute page was really helpful as it was a good way of assessing how many people we might expect and took away some of the guess work with catering.
Throughout the process all our requests were dealt with calmly and smoothly nothing was too much effort. When problems happened Jez helped not only solve them but found us the perfect solution! The funeral was split over two days and Jez and Sara helped to make each one special and personal to our family and dad. On the day of the funeral we had no additional worries or stress, Jez and Sara took care of everything, live streaming, music, seating and videos. It was lovely that they joined us at the celebration after, they were a great support. We gave our dad the send off he deserved. Thank you Jez and Sara.
