I must say that on the course purchase page, the user is also offered to add 7 trial days of subscription, with which you can watch all 100+ courses on our platform (we do this so that the user can familiarize himself with the platform).

Before buying a course you can put a checkmark in the box before entering your email and add 7 trial days. Only after 7 days the subscription is paid.

Please note that we take great care of our users and for any purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days without any explanation.

If you are not happy with your trial subscription, please write to us in Support so that we can fix this situation and make a refund for you.

Sadly, you didn’t notice your trial and this led to the fact that the trial period turned from an opportunity to watch all the courses on our platform and visit live events into something else.
