Charged for a purchase I never made

On December 19, 2023, I purchased a course for less than 2 USD. Yesterday, Dec 27, 8 days later, my debit card was charged US$ 79 for a purchase/subscription I never made. I imediately replied to their email, requesting a full refund and cancellation of whatever this was and so far I received no reply. I just wrote a detailed whatsapp message and I'm waiting for the reply and immediate refund.

Tried to steal money from my card

I bought two courses at 1.99 euro each. I didn't have any problem with that but a few days latter I was charged on my card without any notice around 73 euro. What the hell??? Thank goodness my bank realised that it was a scam and stopped my transaction. I had to block my card and I will never ever again buy from them!! Shame on you Fullofmind!

A company that takes money without permission

Warning: This is clearly a company that takes money illegally after a small initial purchase. It cannot be a mistake that I too bought a $1.99 product, was charged $79 for a "subscription to everything" I never made and now I'm on the receiving end of delaying tactics:
- requirement to fill in a form as if they didn't have the details in the automated online shop settings
- asking me to waiting for up to 14 days
- saying "if you haven't received your money, contact us again" (and other reviewers DIDN'T get refunded in that period).

Avoid: a product that looks helpful but deceitful people behind it, such a shame.

I've encountered this "business model" before: they delay refunding with various excuses and added required steps until the deadline for recovering a refund via your own bank chargeback service passes.

This company even suggests in the email you don't use bank chargeback, because it could take 60 days.

Better 60 days than delays, wasting your time on emailing them and never seeing your money anyway.

Emailed 3 times to get them to return…

Emailed 3 times to get them to return the money they took off my bank account, but no response back. They took 2 amounts out instead of one ... then I got a warning they had tried again unsuccessfully.

I can't even access the course I paid for now. It's a pity coz I had wanted more of their courses but too weary now.

Same story

Same story. Bought course for 1.9$. After found they subscribed me for their fraudlent subscription for 79$. They use Stripe to be able to remember your card and to be able to steal your money later. Scammers.

No way!!!

They advertise the course for $1,90 and after you pay they require subscription for $79/month, adding "your order is not completed". I didn't pick any subscription, of course, didn't get access to any course for $1,90,
yet after a week of time they charged $79 without my agreement.
THIS is not the way business works.

95% of promotion (1.9$), then charged 79$ fee for 1 year subcription

I have ordered the course for 1.9$ said 95% discount on promotion. However, afterthat I saw my bank notifications of paying 79$ for 1 year subscription of fullofmind, yesterday. So, I have requested to cancel the automatic order, as I just bought 1 course from fullofmind for review first.

The fullofmind manager has given a quick support for cancellation process.

Thanks for the team.

I got my refund for the unathorized subscription

Like other people, I had the same issue with the unauthorized payment, but they have managed to fix it and send me a refund on the same day.

SCAM

I have emailed Full of Mind regarding taking money from my account monthly without any consent from me.
I have messaged them on instagram and emailed them 3 times.
They have no right to be deducting money from my account~!!!!! Absolute fraud. I demand a refund and that you cancel any further payments you are taking from my account.
