Nice tracksuit for a decent price, will defo buy again

Bought 3 tracksuits from them now & absolutely love them all. Delivery recently took longer than expected but I was responded back to within 2 days and updated on my delivery. Will definitely be buying from them again! Absolutely love the tracksuits also !

The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because the order did take a while to come. Worth the wait, perfect fit and very comfortable. I messaged them on instagram about my concern and they made sure it got me by the middle of the following week.

Ordered the grey tracksuit, it is so comfortable and looks amazing, the quality is excellent. It is not overpriced and the delivery time was quick too. 10/10

Quality is good , brilliant fit

Returned clothes and requested a refund within 14days of purchase. The company ignored my request.
I did not get the clothes i paid for back nor did I get my money pack.

Went on the website and saw that the tracksuit my son wanted to wasn’t currently in stock and I could only preorder I sent them a DM on insta asking if I ordered will it come on time and they had one last of the same size and colour available informed me to order quickly and they’ll send asap I did and it came the next day! Amazing service and quick responses! Pleased

My partner has previously ordered 2 tracksuits from here- grey and baby blue. (Absolutely love them). He’s then ordered me one for Christmas in brown and it’s a beautiful colour. I got it in a size M and fits really well, I am 5’2 so the bottoms are a little long but overall a comfy and warm fit. Also had lots of compliments wearing it. Will be purchasing again in the future.

The customer service is also really quick and helpful!

If your 100% sure on what you want the purchase and delivery is smooth the aftercare is awful I personally wouldn’t deal with this company again.

It is just disgraceful. It’s been 5 months I ordered a tracksuit it was wrong. I sent sent 6-7 emails regarding this. first they denied a refund. Then are not returning my item. I’m going to citizens advice now.

I ordered my son's Christmas present tracksuit. No items, no refund. Waiting already 2 weeks, sent several emails and no response.
Would not recommend to by from them, unless you want to lose money.
Very disappointed and angry.
I will report to Citizens Advice consumer service.

Great team at FullyPaid, managed to turn around my order in a couple of days. Thankful for the commitment to good customer service and quality items. My son was happy with the item.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Currently the 20th December - 5 days before Christmas and this company has gone and done it again. They repeatedly oversell stock on their website, get the money from everyone & then refund half the orders with no notice, explanation or goodwill in exchange. I ordered my boyfriend a tracksuit he asked for 2 weeks ago & have been awaiting their ‘pre order’ shipping date which was the 17th - heard nothing from the company since I ordered and then last night then just decided to refund me with explanation, goodwill or even an email. It’s embarrassing that they have a company and don’t know how to provide a professional, kind customer service team. I’m unsure how they even have a customer base when they’re so so awful at treating customers. Weird & embarrassing company - will never be ordering from this joke of a company again honestly. From reading their reviews they loose a lot of customers due to this! Don’t trust this scam company !!!
