Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. If you have money to spend, dont spend with them. Cheaper high street stores sell better quality of clothing. My son paid £70 for a t shirt and short set. After 1 wash shorts had gone bobbly. Customer support blamed everything except the quality of the product and refused to even assist in sorting the issue. Shame they could not be of more assistance the crap they sell has now gone over social media!!

Recieved wrong tracksuit bottoms by mistake, sent white ones instead of red. Emailed them in the afternoon and had a response by the next morning stating that they had already sent out the correct colour bottoms to replace the wrong ones. Really pleased with the fast and friendly response. Couldn’t of asked for a better service
Scammers
Scammers, do not buy from here. I paid over £100 and do not accept returns if it is too small. Companies make clothes differently even if you select the right size. Thats why they are returnable and tagged.
Appalling customer service
If I could give this company zero stars I would.
When the retailer receives the return items back they then contact you to say they will not refund you because the tag is not attached (tags were attached) I know times are hard for everybody at the moment but this really does take the p*ss. A very dishonest small back street retailer who takes pleasure in ripping customers off. Please do your research before buying from Fullypaid. I certainly would NOT recommend them.

Mio figlio ha acquistato una tuta ma, siccome era piccola, ho scritto per effettuare il reso.
Sul sito si parla di etichetta, quindi ho contattato sia via chat sia via email l'assistenza di Fullypaid che mi ha riferito di guardare la fattura ove è indicato il venditore con la sola email.
Ho scritto al venditore ma non ho mai avuto risposta.
In buona sostanza sia Fullypaid sia il venditore non hanno fornito i dati per il reso (sono ormai passati i 14 giorni indicati) e quindi ho dovuto tenere la tuta acquistata.
Complimenti alla correttezza di Fullypaid.

My son bought a tracksuit for over £130. He wore it twice before the material at the bottom on the bottoms showed damage. I contacted the company and sent a photo of the problem. They decided it wasn’t their issue, refused to replace them and offered a discount code to order something else. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Would continue to purchase items as a slight problem with a delay on an item but a gentleman reassured me over the phone and had it sent out straight away with a picture showing the postal info and I received it within 2 days. The gentleman himself deserved 5* Happy customer.

My parcel went missing but the company was quick to make personal contact with an apology. Another parcel was sent out immediately with 2 free gifts which was extremely generous. Quality of products are very good. Would recommend this company.
Great Product and even greater customer services
From time of order to delivery there was constants updates from Customer Services. Their products are always sold out because the quality of the product is really high. I ordered a product (my son's birthday present) that in advertently sold out but the gentleman in customer services did everything possible to help me get the product. What a hero
A scam company.
At the time of making this review on FullyPaid LDN, there is only one other review, the other review explains exactly the same problem I am facing, this company is a complete scam, will not respond to you unless you file a paypal dispute, in which I have just done. They messaged back on the paypal dispute 7 days later with this message (I have copy and pasted it word for word): "Hi the item was retured back to us today from dpd due to duties fee it will be sent back out tomorrow noon please look out for any dpd notifactions", I work in customer service, and I tend not to judge because many things can go wrong but this takes the cake for being sketchy, unprofessional and bad practice. If what they claim is true then I should have received an email from DPD to confirm this, which I did not. I would stay well away from this business, If I do end up receiving my clothes that I bought from FullyPaid I have a funny feeling that its going to be complete garbage, same quality as shein most likely...

I have ordered and paid for goods but they never arrived . Was told by courier that they were returned because of bad paperwork . Have written over 50 emails but no reply--this is either a scam or is run by total fools - never trust these people!!!!!
