Awful experience. Very disorganised, late at responding to emails, activities are not what they say they are. Avoid!!

They rip you off, we booked a stripper for a hen do and he simply didn’t show up with no notice and then they deducted my card with the full amount! Unreliable and very rude!!

Even though they were open to our (special) requests, the communication via email was extremely slow and ambiguous and the phone numbers they provide are most of the time unreachable. Organising a murder dinner was a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend if you have to plan a business event and need a trustworthy plan.

I organized a bachelor party with this organization and they made sure that they made it the worse day for my cousin. It's a bunch of amateurs trying to organize a party by hiring other activity providers.

They promised us some activities and just a few days before the booking they informed us the activity was already fully booked. Then we ended up getting two different activities that were arranged in two different places. 1st activity was in a remote location in Amsterdam which required a train journey, the 2nd was arranged in Amsterdam north, which required us to get back to Amsterdam central station by train and then catch a bus. We got to the second activity almost an hour later and the address given to us turned out to be a house address. The people at the house were kind enough to point us to the nearest park. that was a real chaos.

Unless if you want to ruin your party, stay away from these scammers.

We have spent 3 gorgeous day in Amsterdam,we were a group of friends celebrating our friends bacheloratte party.The entire process went surplizingly smoothly,the booking process,quick responses and the outcome:It was definitely an experience for a lifetime for our friend! Our waitress was very kind,funny and genuine partyface! All in all thanks for a great service. Fun Amsterdam

We hadden een whisky proeverij geboekt via groupon bij Funamsterdam voor vandaag. Helaas wist Funamsterdam van niks, terwijl ik de reservering uit had geprint. Ze konden naar eigen zeggen niks voor ons betekenen. Ik ben erg bot te woord gestaan en het interesseerde ze helemaal niks dat wij 3 uur met het openbaar vervoer hadden gereisd. Ik adviseer om hier geen tour of proeverij te boeken! Geen geld terug gekregen, pas op! Stelletje oplichters!

Dancing, music, lights in the back of a fire engine for a friend's 40th on the 8th September. Great start to the weekend. Laughed ourselves silly.

We arranged a pick up from Schipol airport for a friends 40th Birthday on the 8th September. Steve our driver, gave our friend a quick Dutch lesson and lent her his helmet........

Great fun for a group of you, especially if you have someone under 4ft that can pole dance 🤣🤣. You can connect your own music via Bluetooth so have your cheesey playlists ready!

A good supply of drinks were supplied.... given the choice we would have probably asked for more Prosecco 😀

I have used Fun Amsterdam numerous times now. I've always had good and timely customer service.

The occasion was my 29th birthday party and it was my first time in the Netherlands. My friends and I had a nice time when we went for a boat trip and bike tour. We were greatly assisted by the staff who were very nice, warm and jovial. Seregi sure we were confortable and had so much fun. Thanks Sergei, you ROCK!

This is to thank the entire crew at Funamsterdam for going the extra mile to put a smile on our faces. Jane and I had so much fun on our honeymoon. The staff were courteous and very patient. The boat trip and bike tour were awesome (and the drinks too ).Thanks team for all your efforts. It is without pause that I recommend them.

Perfect Funboat-Trip. Boat was just in time and our host was nice!

Booked the hummer limo, needed to wait 30 minutes at the airport. And the stereo didnt work in the car.

And also they waited for the last minute to give address details for other activities.

Also the maid we orderd didn't even showed up, so after 1h i called Fun Amsterdam and they couldnt give any straight answer by the phone. So we needed to go to their office next day. Since they never called back.

Never again, choose another company

Booked a tour of the Anne Frank House and Jewish Quarter in Amsterdam over 6 months in advance. Paid in full months before. They cancelled the tour the night before by email with no explanation. Do not book with this company if you want to actually go on a tour.

Wat een ongelooflijk slecht en ongeorganiseerd zooitje is dit funamsterdam!!! We hebben voor een vrijgezellenfeest 2 activiteiten geboekt waarvan de eerste veranderd was omdat die dicht zou zijn op onze datum, kregen we een andere optie, deze aangenomen waarna we de dag voor het feest om half 3 te horen kregen dat dit ook niet kon omdat ze per ongeluk dubbel geboekt hebben. Dus we moesten weer een andere activiteit uitkiezen waarna ze weer met een andere optie gekomen zijn. Hierbij afgesproken dat er ook 2 consumpties bij zaten wat weer niet doorgegeven was aan de locatie waar we zaten... Daarna de tweede activiteit de we geboekt hadden, werd weer verplaats naar een andere locatie waar we nooit op tijd bij zouden kunnen aankomen omdat het zeker 40 min reizen was met de trein/ bus... daar aangekomen zou er een consumptie bij zitten, wat er dus niet was... zogenaamd op??? Kortom een waardeloze organisatie waar ik voor de eerste maar zeker voor de laatste keer iets geboekt heb!!!

Boek dit niet!! 10 minuten nadat de workshop zou beginnen werden we met weinig tekst op de afgesproken plek opgehaald om naar een andere plek te gaan omdat het blijkbaar verhuisd was, daar aangekomen waren we eerst getuige van een conflict ivm de financiën tussen verhuurder ruimte (bovenkamertje van Argentijns steakhouse met bedompte geur en vieze schoonmaakspullen nog naast de tafel staand) en de organisatie, na een half uur zonder drankje of uitleg te hebben gewacht werden we op het kamertje geparkeerd op vieze stoelen met een stuk karton met wat witte blaadjes en wat zwarte krijtjes (cursus schilderen?!?) Dus geen schildersezel/palet/verf etc. Na daar nog een half uur te hebben gewacht,  nog geen instructies, drankje of aanwezig model hebben we besloten te vertrekken, wat een aanfluiting! !
