Fun Amsterdam レビュー

We reserved scooters on the website. When we arrived no scooters were available. Up to today I haven't seen my money back. Bunch of amateurs who run this shop.

We booked for 3 people for today (Kings Day). We arrived before designated time and were advised to go to the bathroom at a pub down the road as the toilet in the office was broken and there would be no toilet on our 3 hour boat ride.

We went to the pub and the pub manager advised that we were not able to use the bathroom unless we purchased drinks. Not the best start.

When we got back from the pub, still before the designated time, we were told that our group had already left for the boat. A couple of other groups were in the same situation. Finally, we were taken down to the canal where the boat was supposed to meet us. There were dozens of others also waiting and the boat hadn't arrived. 45 minutes later the boat still hadn't arrived.
"Fun Amsterdam" didn't provide any group updates while we we waited.

We ended up requesting a refund. It wasn't possible to get the money back in cash due to the number of people asking for refunds. The staff just gave us an email address to contact so we are hoping we weren't scammed.

We definitely don't recommend this company. It sounded like at least three boats were due at the designated time and none of them showed up.

Amazing experience, our tour guide Toothpick was soo good. :)

Bubble bike was amazing. Nils was fabulous and funny!

Such a laugh! Very good activity to do when visiting. Spot on service from the company and our driver of the bike - Pavel, was fantastic, made the experience even better. Defo recommend this when here!

Went on th bubbly boat for a hen do and it was brilliant. The staff were fun, lots of alcohol and the silent disco on board was unexpected!

Defo would recommend this trip to anyone going to Amsterdam.

Trotz unserer verspäteten Ankunft, richtig geile Tour mit 16 Personen, unser Guide Bernadett (für die deutschsprachigen Kunden zuständig) war super und der Skipper sehr entspannt! Gerne wieder!

Went for my daughters 21 st, booked through Cristina who was very helpful and professional. The beer bike was amazing worth every penny, we had Pavel who couldn't do enough for us, lovely guy very friendly. Will be going back again. Don't miss out.

We were a group of 10 boys who went on the beer bike and not one thing to complain about! We had a great guide (PC) who made it great and we all throughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to any group!

Perfect!!! Awesome night! Well organized! Showed up with 0% battery but guys from FunAmsterdam helped me charge my phone and introduce me to other people because I went by myself!

Very nice and relaxing trip around the canals. You get to see much of Amsterdam while enjoying a beer on the boat, what better way to cure your hangover!
5 stars

My bride to be had the best time ever on the bubbly bike and everyone involved said Sergei was amazing, thank you for helping make her day so great! :)

I hired a bubbly bike for my sisters hen do and cannot recommend it more! The booking process was straight forward and it is amazing value for money. We laughed from start to finish and the whole thing really wouldn't have been the same if not for our amazing guide, Sergei! Thanks Sergei!! Such an amazing time!

We rented a boat for our friend's bachelorette party and everything was great! During the preparation the staff was very helpful. They were assisting us every moment and provide answers to any of our questions. During the boat trip Uona (not sure I remembered the woman's name correctly though) and the captain were very friendly and helpful. We spent a really great time on the boat!
Thank you!

Cette expérience a été vraiment enrichissante et pleine de découverte. Notre guide Anastasia a été vraiment gentille et pleine de ressources! Un grand merci à elle pour cette journée!
