9 weeks waiting for delivery. Customer service rubbish. No one answers the phone. Had to email several times for an update to get a response that the item is out of stock. Finally got to speak to a lady who said that she was only covering and that she was shocked by the communication. She was meant to be speaking with the MD but heard nothing back. So they are selling goods that they donât even have. Very little empathy or understanding when all I wanted was an ETA. Delivery/installation men quite rude. However, the wardrobe is lovely and we are happy. Would I recommend âŠ. Yes if you are willing to wait and except no communication

Order number 8061 - grab a cuppa for this review. Ordered garden furniture. Arrived super-fast but one part of the sofa and a stool were damaged. Emailed Dako, they agreed straight away to send replacements. All going well so far. I then had to continually chase for the replacements. A total of 32 emails between us and a phone call twice a week. I eventually received the replacements, and these were all good. I then asked if they were going to come and collect the damaged parts as a garden sofa is too big for my car to take the dump and I donât think I should have to do this anyway. They said they were not responsible for the disposal of THEIR damaged goods. I then paid a man with a van £83 to take them. What choice did I have. They are plastic so i couldnât even smash it up to take in parts to dispose of them. I asked for compensation to cover this. After more emails they agreed to £30 refund. I spent £550. I tried for more but was told no. I then had to chase with more emails and 2x phone calls for the refund which I eventually got. To my surprise, I was refunded £50 and I thought, ok well they have obviously decided with all the hassle to do this, and I decided at this point not to write a review. To my absolute astonishment I received and email from Dako today to say they had refunded £50 in error and can I send back the £20!!! I have deleted this email and straight to Trustpilot and Google Reviews. I laughed. I cannot believe I have been asked to refund them £20!! Maybe they will need to email me 32x times and call me 18 times before I respond! Never again and I am a savvy shopper, and I went to Trustpilot to see the reviews before I ordered. I have given 2 stars as I do now have a full set of what I ordered. I am a Customer Services Manager and have been for 39 years. Perhaps they should employ me to train on the correct way to deal with this!

I ordered a large wardrobe and paid to have it assembled, the service from start to finish was excellent. The assembly is first class. The person who assembled the wardrobe was polite and well mannered. I would highly recommend Dako.

Really polite and cheerful chap, but was not told to refit the door, however he called in and it was cleared up.So Greg swiftly did the job no fuss and removed the faulty door. Can't fault him he's the type of person I'd happily employ if I had a business. Big thanks to Greg, hope your boss buys you a drink good work.

I am fuming with Dako I ordered a sofa bed. I wrote in the order there are stairs . They accepted the order . The driver was sent by himself so leaving my sofa in the entrance of the building . I told him I am not accepting the delivery as I cannot take it up I am disabled . Now they do not want to release the money to Klarna payments . Wanting to charge for a delivery never got . Plus I have been two days trying to call Dako noone is answering to phone . Very disappointed with their services .
