Delivery was prompt, though it would've been more convenient with two people to handle it. The bed is sturdy and of good quality at a reasonable price. suitable quality for what I paid - advert not 100% accurate
I got my bed using a wowcher deal and there were a few anomalies but the bed is a suitable quality for what I paid.
If you do the wowcher route it says delivery within 6 days of ordering - this is not the case - I spoke to the company- it is 6 days from when they accept the order so it could be 8-10 days.
The drawers stick a bit but I think I can fix that
The advert I selected on wowcher said that it would be a 2-man delivery. - this is not the case - There was only 1 man and he left it on the doorstep so I had to struggle with it up the stairs. As I am unwell this was difficult. So the main issue really is that what is in their wowcher advert is not accurate.

Beware.
Ordered a two drawer bed base through wowcher last year. Unfortunately it was sometime before I got help to move it upstairs and assemble it. I've never had use of the drawers as they were faulty and stuck first time. Contacted Furnishop for help. Useless. After some back and forth they sent me new runners for the drawers which I could not attempt to do and didn't know anyone who could. I had no faith it would solve the problem anyway. Today I've had a new bed base delivered so wish me luck. Thank you furnishop for ALL!!! your help. Waste of £170.
Edit. They have now tried to hide my review by claiming it is false. If anyone requires proof I have the email chain with them where they do nothing to help

Thank you for your feedback, We are sorry to learn of your issues, After a review of the case we can see our aftersales team agreed to send out 2 new rails for you to fix onto the bed free of charge, This was explained to you on our call and a manual was emailed to you to assist you on how to fit them - you agreed to do this, we can also confirm a follow up call was made and was informed the issues was resolved - we then closed the case. should you require further assistance please let us know - also regarding hiding the review, we are not able to do this, unless the experience is not genuine - We value your feedback!

Further to our investigation and conversation with yourself regarding this matter. We both mutually came to an agreement that the matter in concern will not cause a long term affect on the base purchased as the fraying described by yourself in fact is loose threads that were not trimmed whilst in production. These are easily resolved by trimming down with scissors.
Therefore, you have decided to keep the bed and no further action is required.
Let us know if you are happy with our outcome so we can close our case file.
