Love my product great price and such a quirky gift

Ordered pet portrait digital print, my payment come out but I did not get a confirmation email for the order and had to message them to check my order. The same day i contacted them a few hours later my order was ready and it looks really good.

Ordered a Pet Embroidered Cap and received a poor quality digital file. The website completely falsely advertised the product it and they are now refusing to offer a refund. Very very frustrating

To your reply:
You continue to argue and say it is unfair. However, you advertised "pet embroidered cap" and provided a low quality digital file. No where on the page was it made clear that that was what I was purchasing. The digital file button allowed me to upload a photo to use to produce the embroidery.

After 4+ days of messaging, they admitted that the product was removed from the page as it caused confusion and have agreed to refund me. They also offered a free digital file art work. Whilst I appreciate the gesture, I felt they were trying to avoid refunding me and it took many many messages, going round in circles, for them to admit they falsely advertised the product. I have increased to 3 stars as it was eventually dealt with

Great company got the preview within 24 hours and there was no fuss made on a couple of requested changes and then received the updated preview within the hour

I sent my order in at 10pm last night and received the digital version of my boyfriend's family Disney-fied dog today at 6pm! If that's not good service I don't know what is!
