updated review !

From ordering two tablets , delivery was quick.
Tablets fired up and worked well. The cases are sturdy and protect the tablet well.
I did have a problem with one of the devices , after finally getting a response from Fusion the problem was resolved quickly, device sent off , repaired and sent back in around 1 week.
I appreciated the follow up email from fusion also, which shows good customer service.

I was bought this machine in September


I was bought this machine in September as a birthday present, I can honestly say that this is the slowest machine I have ever worked with. I am currently trying to install Microsoft 365 and it has already taken 45 minutes 🀊‍♂🀊‍♂🀊‍♂. Please consider another more competent machine unless you are doing no more than surfing the web. Any other tasks take far too long and are clunky and unachievable.

Delivery status never updated or provided, unstable web site

Web site somewhat unstable (maintenance issues?). Order status still shows "process" a week after the order was received. CC charged on order date, no shipping status was ever provided. I sent several messages to inquire on status but never received any response.
Trying to register the purchase was a challenge due to web site instability. Once the product pick down list is in random order (lack of customer concern, how difficult is it to sort this list?). If you offer a pull-down list, all products should be listed or wording changed ( such as 128 G changed to "all G" or "128-512 G".
12/17/25 Update by purchaser Cliff.
Raised from 3 to 4 start because of response. Having developed SW from 1962-2002 (including the GPS control system), I appreciated the challenges. Today there is much too much pressure by management to get "something out" regardless of the strong warnings from the technical team about being not ready (remember the Challenger explosion). True quality of a company is as much avoiding problems as how you handled them when they occur.

Product shipped fairly quickly, however I didn't rec notification and emailing the company was the only communication to reach company to find out status. Not having any experience with this company, I was a bit uneasy. They did respond within 24 hrs.

Returned item

I have returned this product back to Amazon because first of all there i was no charger in the box and could not get a power cord from FUSION. I tried contacting them many times without success.

Customer service was fast and friendly

Customer service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately the screen protector I needed did not fit and had to be returned. They immediately fixed the description online so other people will know. Unfortunately I had to pay for the return shipment. However, the refund was done in a very timely manner.

Love the form factor and light weight, but


Love the form factor and light weight of the tablet. Battery only seems to last 60 to 90 minutes on full charge. Only giving 3 stars because Windows 11 fails to update itself (after numerous attempts) and although there is a removable cover on the back and the documentation says it can handle up to 1TB M.2 SSD, I thought that meant that I could buy and add a 2nd SSD to the table to have a C and D drive, but that socket is already used by the C drive and if you want to increase capacity you need to clone that SSD to a larger SSD (which means added expense).
