The customer service people were very helpful by promptly providing answers to my questions after the purchase and delivery.

You get what you pay forâŠ
Didn't know what to expect from this price point. So although only a 3 star, its not that it was really that bad, just underwhelming. The main issue is the charging connector, which doesn't always work. I have to wiggle the end to make a connection, or pull it out and push it back a few times to get a connection. It also gets very hot, but that may be normal for a small tablet. Why they went with a micro HDMI, l don't know. as my adaptor to ordinary HDMI means I can't get the charge lead in unless I have the adaptor pulled out part way to allow sideways movement. The USB-C does not allow charging or HDMI data transfer which I get from my laptop, so my home hub which runs multiple monitors doesn't work, but my LAN cable does. I wish I'd spent the extra on W11 Pro and not W11 Home. If I could give it back and go for a higher spec I would. I also got the keyboard which seems to work well, although it does disconnect easily and the folder doesn't support the screen well, it falls flat a lot!!. The touch screen is disappointing and as this was the primary reason for getting the tablet, not getting an iPad type of response was a let down. That may just be a windows thing. I tried a stylus, not much better, so have now gone back to a mouse. So really didn't need a touchscreen laptop at all.

Better than a laptop in many ways
Six months in, and I still love using fusion 5 10 inch window 11 tablet. I originally bought it as a lightweight backup to my laptop, but now itâs what I reach for first. It does everything I need: browsing, document editing, Zoom calls, and media playback, without any hassle.
The Intel processor and 8GB RAM handle multitasking with ease. Iâve even used it for light gaming and photo editing, and it performs better than expected. The full HD 10-inch screen is a joy to use crisp visuals and excellent color accuracy for the price.

Compact and handy, minor downsides
The Fusion 5 tablet arrived quickly and worked straight out of the box. I bought it mainly to use while travelling, and itâs been excellent for that. Only slight complaint is the sound, it's okay with headphones, but internal speakers arenât the strongest. Still, Iâd definitely buy from this brand again.

Issues using the Fusion5 tablet that was purchased. A factory reset it did not fix the issue therefore a clean install was done on the device which fixed the issue however the drivers are not on the microsoft site and some of the features like tablet mode did not work. I've reached out to support at the start about getting these drivers, support seemed very helpful and after providing receipt of purchase, pics of the device, and more. Communication has stopped. Last communication over 1 month ago and 8 emails sent since the last communication with Ella at support. and still nothing. Very Poor, would not recommend to anyone. Tablet still unusable

Tablet missing uk adapter
Can't fault Fusions customer service.
Tablet arrived with american adapter instead of english. One email and new one put in post - unfortunately RM seemed to have lost it so one more email replacement adapter posted and recieved next.
Would definitely buy from here again.

I wouldn't bother
I wouldn't bother, spend a little extra and get a good brand. I had to re-install some drivers. Went to the manufacturers website, download center. And there was no drivers. just a form to fill in as if i was reporting a fault. Opened the live chat. nothing for hours. gave up in the end. This is what you get when you cheap out on tech. 20 years in IT, and i class this as barely useable. works out of the box. but if you need to fix anything (which you will at some point) you will regret buying this. On a positive note.. it looks nice i guess..
