My personal experience with Fusion Furniture Store has possibly been the worst I have had in over twenty years of buying online. The nightmare started in May, when I purchased a corner rattan set. After waiting over two weeks, I phoned to chase up my order only to be told that the set had since gone of out stock. Whilst disappointed, I then ordered an alternative set (different colour). Having waited another two weeks for delivery, this set was sent out with incorrect parts! Lots of back and forwards with photos and explanations and subsequently being informed that this set was also now out of stock I arranged for a new (third set, completely different colour & design) to be delivered today and for the same courier to collect the old set at the same time. Despite having been without a usable set for over 2 months I thought great, I’m finally getting there - or so I thought! 30 mins before my allocated delivery slot, I get a text to say that the van wasn’t loaded with my order as the supplier had not delivered it in time. Worst still, the courier then turned up to collect the incomplete set, only to tell me that their van was full (bearing in mind that I was reassured by Fusion that the courier had been advised that it was a garden furniture set - i.e not small!).

From start to finish, my order has been plagued with difficulties - I guess that’s what happens when you order with a company, only for them to order from someone else who then chooses to use a courier company renound for being unreliable. I will never order from Fusion again and would certainly encourage anyone else to buy directly rather than find yourselves stuck between several parties.

The original order cost me just over £1k - so I am continuing to pay for something that is not fit for the purpose intended, even 3 months later!

I left a 3 star review on here after placing an order for a blanket box on 2nd April. The website said it was in stock at the time I placed the order...when infact it wasn’t.

I heard nothing from the company for 7-10 days, so I got in touch with them. They told me the item was out of stock and due in on 20th May. It’s now the 28th May and I still don’t have my blanket box.

It’s unfair that this timescale was not as advertised and I could have found an alternative from somewhere else 2 months beforehand, had I have been given the correct information. The company were very desperate for me to remove my honest feed back off here but I refused.

I would suggest using a well known and reputable company. What a waste of time.

Great service. I ordered a pair of Bentley Designs Hampstead nightstands which arrived exactly when I was advised with no hassle. Alex who I spoke to when I ordered was extremely helpful and polite - would recommend to anyone.
