Best puffer ever upgraded from a Nike puffer and that does not compete with the Gabos puffer it even said it would be delayed but got delivered in two days

Niet hier bestellen! Jas besteld. Wilde M bestellen maar volgens het maattabel wat erbij zat in cm toch maar de S besteld. Helaas kloppen hun maten totaal niet. Er zit een lengte verschil van 6 - 8 cm. Waardoor de jas nu te klein is. Hij mag niet meer retour want hij komt uit de sale. LET OP!!! Je moet invoerrechten betalen als je iets besteld uit een land buiten Europa!! Die kosten kwamen er ook nog een bij op! Helaas wil de klantenservice mij niet helpen op geen 1 enkele manier!

it’s a very nice jacket and kept me warm but i wore it for one day then i got home and i see fragments from the sewing of the jacket poking out and i got the jacket the day before besides that it’s a nice puffer and looks really nice

1st, I ordered my Black puffer in Medium just after Christmas and received it the 01/05/26 so it came all the way from the UK all the way to The Bronx NY in that short time frame Great Delivery. At first I tried it on without my full outfit on and I thought it might to big, But the next day I put it on looked just right. It keeps you very warm. Looking to buy another color when it becomes available. Also the company should look for a way to incorporate the duty fees into the purchase instead of it being a separate payment.

I have contacted them once I received my order to exchange it as it was small on my son size and they sent me an email saying they don’t refund or exchange

As a previous reviewer has mentioned, they refuse to honour statutory rights for distance selling. I purchased a jacket for my son as a gift, ans paid extra for expedited delivery. I was sent tracking numbers, but then when I followed up, the item hadn't even been sent. When it finally arrived weeks after my son's celebration I tried to arrange for it to be returned, as I'd had to buy him a different present, but they refused to accept the return.

Also now going to have to pursue the refund via my banks. Avoid at all costs!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. The customer service is utterly useless, with no meaningful responses and excessive delays. I have reached out multiple times regarding a faulty coat with a broken zipper, and not only have they failed to address the issue, but they have also ignored my follow-ups for weeks. The level of service is unacceptable, and I am now forced to escalate the matter further, including pursuing a chargeback and reporting them to Trading Standards. I strongly advise potential customers to beware of their poor practices and lack of accountability.

Just got a reply to the review they stated they believe it was resolved amicably 😂joke of a company i got told "no" to any returns or refund don't order from here!!!

Gabbos london refuse to send me my item or refund.. I live in a high footfall area across the road from millwall football club!. Items can not be left safe and so for that reason i do not request it... This item was not delivered to me and gabbos london want me to argue with dpd! Terrible terrible company and very bad experience gangster mentalities....being replied to with cool fam ect is unproffesional... i will be going to social media to expose them there.

Be very cautious when buying from this retailer.

I purchased an item online and exercised my statutory right to cancel the order within the 14-day cooling-off period provided under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. The retailer refused to accept the cancellation, stating that sale items are “final” and claiming that their checkout terms override statutory cancellation rights.

Despite repeated correspondence, they maintained this position and declined to process a return.

In the UK, online purchases are generally covered by a 14-day right to cancel unless a specific legal exemption applies. Retailers cannot remove this right through store policies or terms accepted at checkout.

I am now having to pursue recovery of the payment via my payment provider. Based on my experience, I would advise other consumers to be aware of this approach before purchasing from this business.

UPDATE AFTER GABOS REPLY BELOW:
For clarity, this matter has not been resolved by the company. I exercised my statutory consumer rights and initiated a chargeback due to their failure to provide an appropriate remedy.

The public statement suggesting otherwise below is misleading.

Amazing coat so comfy and i love how easy it is to adjust. At first i didnt like the good due to its size but its really grown on me. Coat came as shown pockets are warm and comfy. Would buy again.

Been buying from these lot for a while, first bought the bomber jacket, then the ‘Roadrunner’ tracksuit, now the ‘Money Mitch’ set - can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed with an order. Great quality, delivery times are on point and they look amazing. Definitely my favourite in the game rn!

Jacket is great, no flaws and feels premium and worth more than the pricetag, took like 2 and a half weeks to deliver but was during a Black Friday sale so understandable.

Good product, incorrect size charts, terrible customer service with zero awareness of the distance selling regulations.

Refusing a refund within 14 days, snotty childish email responses, then radio silence. There was no information provided at the point of purchase regarding sale items being non-returnable & even if that was stated, it is still in breach of the distance selling regulations & my statutory consumer rights.

It’s such a shame that a promising business has undermined their fledgling reputation by behaving in such a clueless manner.

If anyone has been refused a refund, this is their head office address to send the product back to (in the absence of them providing any other) and proof of delivery to this address with proof of your item being in perfect condition, an email requesting return within 14 days and returning the product within 14 days from then, will support your bank to issue a chargeback if you make a claim.

UK Distance Selling Regulations (now largely Consumer Contracts Regulations) give online/distance buyers a 14-day "cooling-off" right to cancel for any reason, requiring clear pre-sale info on price, product, and seller details, and a full refund within 14 days of cancellation or item return, *** EVEN ON SALE ITEMS ***, unless excluded (like custom goods), meaning businesses must offer these core consumer protections for distance sales.
Key Consumer Rights for Sale Items
14-Day Cancellation: You can cancel online or distance orders within 14 days of receiving goods, even if just changed your mind, and get a full refund.
14-Day Return Window: After telling the seller you're cancelling, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.
Full Refund: You get a full refund (including basic delivery costs) within 14 days of the seller getting the goods or proof of return.
No Reason Needed: You don't need to give a reason for cancelling.
Reasonable Handling: You can inspect goods as you would in a shop, but can be charged if handling beyond that reduces their value.
