If i could give no Stars at all i would

I never received the pakkage
I've send a message explaining that i never received it and that I received a track and tracé that showed that dpd send the pakage back to sender meaning them

But that there was nobody there so they Will try again the next day. And if nobody was there they Will leave it with a neighbour

It's been like 2 months and i still did not receive a reaction nor a message

But i still have to pay for the jacket

I Will never order at gabos again
And i advice you not to either

I ordered my jacker the 1st December, we are the 16th and i still aint got it. I emailed for to know about it and to be refund. They told me no so im really disappointed about them

Never will I sponsor a small company again

Terrible accusations item was left in the wrong place, but it’s claiming is the right place could easily find it from a Google search

I’ve seen the come up of this business and out of all the brands this style context brand is one of the few that actually makes sense and actually is matches motivation with the style again bug up your process.

recently purchased an item during their sale/Black Friday promotion and contacted the company to request an exchange or refund. I was surprised to be told that they do not allow exchanges or refunds on sale items. While businesses can set their own policies for discounted goods, UK consumer law states that customers are entitled to a refund or exchange within 14 days when buying online, unless the item is bespoke, personalised, or made to measure. The products sold by Gabos London, in my experience, are not bespoke or customised, which is why I expected my statutory rights to be respected.

Unfortunately, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. In my view, the communication lacked empathy, understanding, and basic customer-care skills. It felt as though the company was more interested in refusing responsibility than resolving the issue fairly.

I have also noticed a pattern in other reviews: customers who report issues with exchanges or refunds often receive no response, while the company only replies to comments about late deliveries. To me, this speaks volumes about the level of care and prioritisation given to genuine customer concerns.

Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gabos London and hope they review their policies and customer-service approach in the future.

Zeer tevreden mijn zoon had vorige x al een winterjas besteld en zit nog steeds goed en het materiaal is perfect. Jammer dat jullie zo ver zitten. Maar nu weer wat besteld en super snel binnen gekregen.

Quick delivery time and quality of clothes is fantastic so worth the money which wasn’t even much

I had never heard of the company but my 17 year old son asked for the Street Bomber Jacket 3.0 Magma Black Puffer Jacket in small for winter coat so ordered on 19th November and received on 25th November, was easy to order and had regular updates. My son is very happy with the coat and seems to be made better than the one he had last year from Mercier that didn't last long before I had to repair it. This coat from Gabos looks good, looks well made and thick heavy coat. Son happy so I'm happy

Seriously shocking customer service. As an online store, customers need to be able to exchange an item if it doesn’t fit as they have no way of trying the item on before buying. These people refused to even offer me an EXCHANGE for another size. So I have been left with a coat that doesn’t fit and I have no use for it now. It is not exactly a cheap item either. They didn’t bother to reply to my complaint email too. Unbelievable customer service.

Don’t worry, I will be contacting my bank to get the money back off you. In the meantime, I advise everyone to please stay away from this unjust, disorganised company that does not care about its customers.

I recently bought a jacket from them and everything was perfect. The delivery was fast, clearly communicated, and I was well informed throughout the process. I definitely recommend this brand. Just keep in mind that if you’re ordering from outside the UK, you will have to pay import fees.

Tracksuit fits well and looks good. The only downside is the crinkly noise when I walk.

Got my jacket during Black Friday sale and they still managed to make it arrived in 3 working days which was brilliant! Jacket is really good quality and has been keeping me warm. 5 starts for me!

Delivery was a bit delayed but they threw in a free hat which was nice to go with the jacket, the puffer jacket itself keeps you very warm and is nice overall.
I will be purchasing again in the future as I feel this brand is very underrated.

I purchased a coat for my son, 2 days later the badly stitched seam came loose. They wouldn’t let me return or exchange it - said they would reimburse me if I got it repaired. Ended up having to claim on my credit card, It’s social media savvy, cleverly branded item but ultimately just cheap Chinese imports with branded embellishments operating out of their bedroom, AVOID!

i really like this jacket! it feels very well made and fits perfectly. it’s warm but not too heavy, and looks great. i’m very happy with my purchase and the delivery was fast. i would definitely recommend it!

wallahi when i say this the jacket was so comfortable and keeps me soooo warm defo recommend ts to others
