Il ne manque un produit sur les 2 et pour celui j’ai recu il est arrive avec un tirette cassé.
Le service client ne fait rien depuis 1 mois, il me propose 10€ pour reparer la tirette et il faut preque suplier pour avoir une réponse.
C’est pas normal, j’attends toujours de vraies nouvelles de leurs parts.

I bought the brown jacket is is well made and gives 2000s vibes as well as that I bought the baby dolly tops in red , green and blue the silhouette is really flattering and it’s got a good length and good quality .

Great transparency with shipping and confirmation etc, the most gorgeous quality coat and such amazing details, really recommend.

Delivery was long however great quality products! I especially bought the bow tie baby doll top and overall its very good

Quick delivery (from the sale - not preorder). Clothes are better quality than expected and very cute! Jackets are also cute but one came with a broken zip. Luckily the jacket has buttons as well so i don’t need the zip, but just be wary they’re flimsy

I absolutely loved my jacket that I got but unfortunately it wasn't my size so I can't wear it☹️ it did take a but to arrive but I do live in Iceland so that is expected. I would definitely recommend their jackets❤️

I brought a jacket over a year ago, and to be honest I love it.
But the shipping took over 6 months which was devastating, but they gave me back some of my money.
So overall very great

very small made jackets, terrible return service, was ignored numerous times and then blatantly refused the return due to their policy, even though it didn't fit and was never worn. Would never use them again

When I bought the shirts, I was worried I wouldn't receive the right size or color, because on some listings the shirt in the size and color I wanted was in stock, but in other listings it was not. I decided to just buy them, and I was not disappointed. The fit is perfect, and I love the color. I purchased the dark blue polka dot and dark green bow tie baby doll top. They were exactly as described, 100% cotton and made with love. I will definitely be purchasing more things from Gabrielles Vault!!

I love the shirt I bought, super comfy and cute! The customer service is excellent and also very considerate.

The product itself is great quality and I’ve loved this brand for a while now, but I ordered a Medium and the jacket is astonishingly small. It doesn’t even fit my younger 14 year old sister. I’m very disappointed as I’ve wanted this jacket for years and waited months for it to arrive only for it to be far too small and not true to size.

There is nothing wrong with the clothes themselves, but the shipping time takes it down to four. And i’m talking pre-order shipping time not regular. Other than that I have noticed that there might be smaller problems in some order. Maybe the overall finishing of the product, but idk I personally love the idea of bringing back the 2000s fall fashion. I’m so in for it!
