Honest brilliant site, brilliant communication throughout and very speedy payment recieved, thanks again!

I was reticent to put my trust in an unknown online company, but after reading reviews and the company’s FAQ’s decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did, a big plus for me with Gadget Mill is that you receive an email with each step of the process which gave me more confidence.
I received my order form to print out the following day, sent my item via 1st Class Signed For in case of loss/damage in transit.
I had received an offer within 7 days detailing the criteria for the price and once accepted I received payment the following evening.
I received a great and fair price.

so.. where do I start.. I sent my items in 2 weeks ago. Although they say you will be contacted within 24 hours that never happened. I called them 3 times before I received an e-mail informing me that they received my items but they were not classed "as new" although in my opinion they were, since they were new and unused. They of course offered less than the initial quote. I e-mailed them back saying I accept the quote also I am not trilled. Now, 2 days later, what do you think? Nothing. No e-mail to confirm when the payment will be made. NO message to let me know if they at least received my e-mail. It is a horrendous experience. I will never recommend them to anyone. Sorry..but nobody should be put through this.

Had quite a wait for a response from the company (1week), appears to be a technical issue, but heard from the director himself and got great customer service from him! Got the money in my account within a few minutes, great customer service!

Honestly, when I first found Gadget Mill I was unsure about them as it looked like quite a small company. But what I can 100% confirm, is that they are absolutely legitimate and genuine. I sold an iPod touch 6th gen and received exactly what I was quoted. Took slightly longer than the 48 hours stated, but that was absolutely fine. When payment was confirmed it was instant into my bank account. Fantastic company and would highly recommend.

Sent in two iPod both like new in original boxes. Quote was ok but had to pay own postage to send in. Received a re quote 5 days after posting saying they were good but not like new. Had scratches a chip and one of the iPods had an engraving on the back. Accepted the reduced price reluctantly but received an email saying they would pay the original price. Very impressed with the end result and would use them again.

I was a little sceptical at first, finding a company online to send my products to. I was pleasantly surprised. The communication was fast and clear. Even when my cheque went astray Gadget Mill were very accommodating. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Sold my iPod Touch to Gadget Mill quick and easy. Sent my iPod to them and got my cheque within a few days. Cash cleared and in my account.

No problems at all and much better than another well known company who buy your devices who I felt were trying to rip me off when I was previously selling a phone. I sent the ipod and initially had a message after a couple of days asking where it was but that's because I was stingy and sent it second class(but paid extra for the insurance cover). Once it arrived I had a message offering £10 less than agreed but I did concede that there may have been a couple of scratches. Once I accepted the offer the money was in my account in minutes. Excellent service and will now be looking to sell my mobile phone with them

Very poor communication ! It took them 3 days to get back to me after they had signed for my device. I then waited for over 48 hours for my payment. I was then the one to ask if they could do anything about the poor service I had received , I got no reply and no apology. Shocking , waste of time , awful customer service , will not use again.

Filled in all forms. Automated confirmation order. Then zero response after that. No response to my emails asking for clarification or any response.
Waste of time and effort.

Great place to sell your product too, very fast process.
