Galaxy Flights レビュー

John was very patient all in all a good experience. I paid a deposit thrn the balance and received the e-tickets.

As usual Nelson our agent was exceptional, his attention to detail and constant availability meant that our recent 2 week holiday incorporation one week in Thailand and the other in Vietnam was excellent, a slight issue with an airport taxi which was the suppliers fault was dealt with by Nelson in a matter of minutes. He's the best. Can't wait to book with him again.

Very sqtisfied with Rex very very helpful

Nelson has been fantastic with arranging my most recent holiday. He offered full assistance to the highest level and was quick to answer any queries and offer support when needed. My family have sought Nelson’s expertise for years, and he has always delivered. Fantastic client service.

Purchased 2 x Business Class Flights on their site - fare was stated, and invoice paid as per issued by them.

Got a WhatsApp message moments later stating you have to pay £2797 extra for luggage to ensure the flight gets issued.

Unethical selling to the highest degree.

Do not deal with them - no offers of a refund or any empathy whatsoever.

In dispute now with credit card company.

Nathan was helpful with my enquiries, he was patient with me and tried to provide me with information that I needed. Especially was understanding, because I have a little baby that was crying. He was attentive towards my needs. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Nathan for the professional customer service that you have provided me. And especially the fact that I deal with sever anxiety you was very helpful, that made me feel at ease to communicate with you better. So he can understand my needs. Made my booking process easier to complete.

Jamie Smith was calm collected and went the extra mile. Very professional

I found Sarah extremely helpful kind and very patient to get you the best deal. Holy recommendable

Very helpful

The staff is very accommodating and convincing.

We have used Nelson for many years to arrange our long-haul holidays, and he has never failed to impress us. We have continued to use him even when he has moved companies, which says everything about the level of service he provides.
We have just returned from a trip to Thailand and Vietnam, and once again Nelson got everything exactly right. He takes the time to understand our needs and, importantly, he listens and acts on what you ask for. Both hotels were excellent and met the high standard we wanted for our family.
On this occasion, other travel agents were able to offer the holiday slightly cheaper, but we chose to book with Nelson because sometimes it isn't just about the cost. Price is important, of course, but so are trust, reliability, personal service and knowing that someone is there when you need them.
What really sets Nelson apart is that he is there for you even while you are abroad. During our recent trip, our transfer vehicle in Vietnam was not large enough for our family and luggage. We contacted Nelson and, within minutes, he had arranged for it to be resolved.
That level of personal service and reassurance is hard to find. Nelson genuinely cares about getting things right, and we will continue to use him for many more years. If you want someone who listens, understands your requirements and actually delivers, I would highly recommend Nelson.

Good service

Rex has been super helpful to me when researching and booking long haul flights. Finding me the best routes and prices.

The great services from galaxy flights and specially good service by Rex to book a flight for us. Thanks for your support.

Very happy with the customer service and price offered for my flight to US from UK.

Rex has not only beat the price , what i was getting online but offered better fare, luggage and fkexible ticket.

Really happy with the provided options and service. Will use again for sure.

Will take money from your credit card before the process is completed and then try to extract further money as per other reviews, claiming the money they took initially is a mere deposit.

Their travel service is very good and their flights and I'm Happy are also the cheapest.

Although I had a limited budget, Nikki Hayes, my contact, was very helpful. She understood and tried her best to find something suitable . I Can't fault their service and confident Nikki in particular will go out of her way to help.
